Description of Work: I'm not sure of the date of the last date of service the October date is a guess, I have used their service twice and will be using them again this Thursday.

Description of Work: Arrived on Monday to inspect 17 year old furnace due to blower not working. Needed new control board. Two days later returned with board and installed it just before a huge snow storm! Quick and professional.

Description of Work: Our tenants had a plumbing leak from an upstairs tub/shower and was supposedly leaking trough to the first floor ceiling. I called the company around 10am and was told someone could be there between 2 and 4pm, but i would have to meet the guy at the site. No one called me except my tenant at 130pm and said that they were already there inspecting the leak. When I got to the site, two men from the company were standing outside in the parking area. They informed me of the problem and basically told me that the tub was not level and that it needed to be removed and they could not perform that service. I asked them if they could show me where the problem was. When we got to the shower, he turned on the water with the shower curtain and liner OUTSIDE the tub and a errant spray from the shower head squirting toward the outside of the tub spraying water along the outside of the tub and down to the floor. My tenants are young and not very bright, so she probably took a shower with the curtains outside and not drawn to seal the water from going out, however the two "plumbers" were in agreement with the tenants and said the only thing to do was remove and level the tub. I showed them by rotating the shower head 45 degrees so the errant portal was squirting down rather than out and by closing the curtain and putting the liner inside the tub! I do not understand the logic of the service people nor the remedy they suggested. Why would I hire these guys again? I would'nt. The only thing they did was not charge me for their time "as per the office" I think the reason is when I called they asked me how I heard of them and I said Angie's List. They might be looking for a favorable rating, but I will always call a it like it is. Do not use this company.

Description of Work: Repaired defective switch on the boiler after taking it apart to find out why it would not turn off. Then came back for a return call at no charge where they put a metal roof over the box so it would not collect condensation. When the first guy couldn't figure it out, someone else came by within minutes.

Description of Work: AN UNDERSINK LEAK WAS FIXED FOR NO COST.
