Description of Work: Called Rich Tree Service to get an estimate for pruning several trees (some quite high), removing a tree, and pruning some bushes. They were very responsive from the beginning. Rich himself came out for the estimate within the week of calling. I wasn't there for the estimate, but my father in law was. He was very impressed with Rich...so much so that I didn't feel I should even shop around. He also looked around at other trees and found some with a fungus,and one which was impeding growth of another. We accepted all of his suggestions to address the issues. They were out about a week later, if not slightly sooner. I find it difficult in our area to find service providers who are responsive and do a good job. We are very happy with the job done and will definitely use Rich in the future.

Description of Work: They came to kill some bush and tree stumps that kept coming back to life no matter what we did. They have stayed dead this time so the guys did a great job. I wish the cuts were a little closer to the ground, but in the end I'm just really happy I don't have to think about those stumps any more. The guys did a phenomenal job cleaning up after themselves. It was like they were never there. I don't think they left a solitary leaf behind. Very happy with the service. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.
