Rich was very competent and courteous at all phases of job. Their office staff, estimator, and work crew were a pleasure to deal with. The quote was thorough and work consistent with same. They provided a certificate of insurance per my request. I have used various tree services in the past, and none were as good as Rich.

The work was done very nicely and the whole process was as easy as it could be. I called for someone to do an estimate; he came on time and gave me both the price for removal and just trimming, eventually we decided to go with the removal since we never liked that maple in our back yard (it was form the previous owner) and the price was definitely worth it. On the scheduled day they just came, did their work, and left for me a clean, neat back yard. I was at work and when I was back to the house I was more than happy to see that.

Wayne and his crew were delayed getting to the job because of a schedule mistake in the office. When they did arrive the apologized for the delay caused by the office. They proceeded to work very professionally, the property was left cleaned up. Wayne and his crew were a pleasure to work with. A few extra trimmings were done to make up for the delay in getting to us in the scheduled time. A great experience.

I left a voicemail message with this company on 8/25 to make an appointment. It's 9/1 and I haven't received a response.

Excellent workmanship and very thorough about cleaning up the debris from taking it down. The entire process was excellent including my contacts with the office before and afterwards. I didn't get any other estimates for the job as I was primarily concerned with the ratings of the tree company. There were no "surprises" in any of this and the price quoted was what I paid. Bottom line for me is that should I need tree services again in the future, I would definitely look to hire Rich Tree service again.

Charlie stopped by and provided the estimate. He was pleasant to work with. Thomas and crew did a great job. The big pear tree now has a beautiful shape. They did a better job than the last and different contractor did. Thomas and crew are very professional and honest. Would hire again.

I am surprised that a company that markets so much (direct mailers, etc.) is so unresponsive when contacted for a quote. After reading the glowing reviews on Angie's List, I sent an email through their website. No response within 2 days. Not even an acknowledgment that they were busy and responses might be delayed. . Followed up a few days later with a voice mail at their office. No response. Maybe they looked up my house address and thought I was small change? Disappointing.

THE OWNER AND HIS CREWS ARE REALLY GREAT. ALL WORK IS DONE EFFICENTLY AND CLEANUP IS PERFOREMED TO PERFECTION.

I had estimates from roughly five companies. Some seemed friendly enough but wanted twice the amount of money. Others appeared very unprofessional, rude and I couldn’t wait to get them off my property. The sales person from Rich Tree Service, (believe is name was Keith), was very professional and friendly. The pricing was extremely competitive. Everything went very well, and they did exactly what they said they would do. My ONLY regret is that I never asked to have the remains of the stump mulch/dirt removed. So, I still have a huge amount of it that I transferred to my backyard, and someday need to get removed. I would definitely reuse their services and recommend them without a moment's hesitation.

All went well. The did more work for the $$$ than expected, were careful and respectful of our property and the quality of the work was fine. We were very happy with them. I anticipate using their services again in the near future.

This is the second time we used Rich Tree Service and as before they were terrific. I called on a Tuesday afternoon and spoke to a very nice woman who took my information. Wednesday morning Rich called and came out for an estimate that morning. His team was at our house Friday morning. They took down 7 trees in our yard. They were very friendly and professional. They did a great job, being very conscientious of our bushes. They cleaned up the entire area when finished including the street where they parked their trucks. The stump grinder came out Saturday morning and finished the job. He also was extremely professional and very friendly and was very careful to remove our downspout and avoid our bushes. He also cleaned up when finished. Rich is a very professional, friendly guy and takes time to listen to what you need and any concerns. He gave a great price and made sure we took advantage of their winter special. I can't say enough good things about him and his staff. I highly recommend them. From large jobs to small jobs, they have always done great work for us.

After careful and patient coordination on dates with the friendly office (Diana), the crew (Tomas, Rigo, and Julio) came right on time and were thorough, polite, and total professionals. They got right to work, they graciously listened and addressed all of my real-time feedback through the trim, and did a great job cleaning up all the debris. I've used Rich Tree in the past and they are my go-to business for any tree related work - I've always been very happy with their service.

They did a great job. Three workers trimmed the trees and cleaned up everything before they left. They used a bucket loader for the really tall trees in front of the house.
