Afterward when I needed the remains of the stump removed so my new fence could be installed, they came back and for a small fee removed all the debris. Office staff was so kind and helpful. So very happy with this company and would use them again! |

Description of Work: Great job on actual tree work, prompt, courteous, cleaned up after work, asked my opinion frequently, excellent price. Two standing trees were removed, 4 downed trees were removed, a great deal of storm damage was dealt with, ornamental trees were pruned back into shape thoughtfully, another large tree was elevated and pruned off wires, vines were removed from overhead wires, a total of 7 hours work for a 3 man crew. However a young guy on the crew drove into and broke my well-head through carelessness with the truck as leaving. He clearly wasn't paying attention. I was wrapping up with the crew chief so it clearly was not the foreman's fault. A supervisor was sent out immediately and the well was repaired by that night at their cost although I will be without potable water for several days and have to deal with the subsequent grit in my pipes clogging filters in faucets for several days, so it is a lot of additional hassle for me. The same young man injured himself slightly and needed to use my first aid kit (he did not wear goggles or gloves). The fact that these things occurred concerns me about the quality of new hires/training of employees. Hence the low grade on professionalism and overall. I would use them again if I was assured that I worked with an experienced crew.

Description of Work: I had a tree overhanging my house. It was less than an hour with 4 workers and a cherry picker to remove. They cleaned up the area completely, I am happy with the work done and professionalism of the crew.

Everything was left clean and neat. I had requested that they leave some of the wood for firewood, and it was left neatly stacked by the fence as I had requested. Description of Work: "Awesome" I was searching for a word to describe the tree service that was performed at my residence on July 25, 2012 by Rich Tree Service. My wife and I were researching for a company that would prune our Flowering Cherry trees that were hanging over power lines near our neighbor's home. We used Angie's List and were impressed with the reviews for the Rich Tree Service, so we decided to give them a call and make an appointment.The following day, Alan a representative from the company promptly arrived at my home. He was very knowledgeableabout our Flowering Cherry trees and made suggestions that assisted me on how his crew would tackle the problem.Alan gave me a written estimate and requested that I call the office to confirm a date and time to proceed. Later thatevening, I called the office and spoke with a very polite and pleasant woman who reviewed the bid with me and assuredme that I would be given a 24 hour notice period prior to coming out to my home. A week later, I received a phone call from the Rich Tree Service's office informing me that they would like to completethe job weather permitting. I agreed and the next day Nelson, the Team Leader, called me prior to arriving. Upon hisarrival, I was very impressed with the large vehicles that accompanied him. A shredder vehicle to discard the branchesand a bucket truck to assist in pruning the branches in hard to reach areas. Nelson walked me through the tree pruningprocess step-by-step. He was extremely polite and very professional. Nelson did a fantastic job and his team made surethat they took away every piece of debris with them. What a fantastic job! Description of Work: No services performed. I called them on 4/12/10. Lest a message with a person someone was suppose to call in 2-3 days to set up an appointment for an estimate. No one called so I called again early morning of 4/16/10 and was told she was going to tell the owner Rich that no one called. Well it is 10:41AM on 4/19/10 and still no phone call. Waiting a week just to set up an appointment for an estimate is ridiculous.
