Installation went very well. Where I believe Petro did go wrong was not informing us well that more vents were needed in order for the A/C to work well on the upper level of the house.

Everything was completed and work area was very clean.

We sign a contact and we pay so much every month for the oil. If we have a problem and it is not working properly we call them and they come. We have a repair contract with our air conditioner. They will come and refurbish what needs to be. If something is going on they will come to the house and take care of that. They have been very responsive, prompt and give good service. Moneywise I think they are fairly priced. My husband deals with that. Our hot water is heated through the furnace so we need oil for that. We obviously use a lot less of that than we do in the summer. They have certain contacts where the price won't go up and it is always within a certain range for the year that you sign the contract. They respond quickly; the communication is good. This is the second year that we signed a contact with them.

The service was excellent but their prices are a little expensive.

The good thing about them is that they have a cap on their price and that means if your cap is 249 and if it goes 250 or higher you pay 249 and if they go to 239 that's the price they give you. Compared to the other company I deal with they charge a better price and also to be fair their boiler technician or the guy who services the boiler is also good. Sometimes they miss a few oils and maybe it's because of my situation, I have a gate on my property so they can't come in as they please. Sometimes it's a little bit difficult because they need to call me when they are coming and sometimes they don't call, they'll just show up.They need to call the customer before delivering and that's the downside.

I’ve been with them for several years. My experience with them was okay. They’ve been delivering oil for me and servicing my furnace for several years. They do good work when they service me.

It's fine. It's expensive. For repairs, I would consider using a contractor.

They are doing alright. I have no complaints. It depends on the oil, last year was quite high. I always think it should be lower. I always think the oil is too high. As far as the service goes, I have the yearly plan. I go on the budget so I have the yearly plan and have to pay for the tank in the basement so it costs quite a bit. They don't give seniors a break. Some companies will give you like a 5 cent break or so on the oil but seniors don't get anything. That is one thing I should mention I would like to have because I am a senior, retired and I have been with the company a long time. When they come, they are really good, do a good job, clean and all that. They are always on time. They clean up and they are very good at that. They are very courteous. I've had them for about 25 years. I can't complain about the service, the only complaint I have is sometimes the oil is too high.

I am satisfied. I have no issues with them. The price is competitive. Their responsiveness is pretty good.

They have been here and I have a service every year. Oil is cheaper now and I have had them for 18 years. They were last here in June and I have been on the phone with them because I do the monthly budget so I wanted to know the price of oil. The oil is a little more expensive. If I went to one of those group things it would probably be cheaper, but, because I am an older person, I need that service that I can call if the burner goes out in the winter. I live alone. They can come out and I won't get this with a coop.

That was okay. They did it pretty well. It was quite expensive. They were about the same priced as anybody else. I've been using them for 10 years. There are two issues with their customer service. If you pay your bill, you get a discount. It is 15%. They never take it out to the computer so you have to call the customer service and tell them that you have to take the discount off. I have called the manager and told them the customer should not have to call them to take it off. I also have service scheduling issues and have to call supervisors when it is not necessary to get my scheduling done the way I want.

I just cancelled my account with them. It was nothing bad. I am just switching over to gas. They were good. I think their service contract was a little expensive but overall, the guys that came out were very good. I'm switching over to gas because gas is cheaper.

Oil services are costly in general.

Everything was very good. Everything was fine. I would give them A for everything.

They tuned-up my boiler about three times and all their mechanics seem to be good conscientious people. I'm not too crazy about their pricing but as far as companies that come automatically I think their pricing is fair.

They've been bought by another company. Its an okay company. When you call up to get your service like to get your cleaning and stuff, it takes them a tremendous amount of time to come. If there's a problem, they do come out immediately.

The service turned out fine. It was my second time using the company. They are very responsive and provide a 24 hour customer service. The technicians have been nice to work and are very knowledgeable.

We have been using the company for a few years now. The service plan covers any repairs we need. They are very responsive and are always on call. They are able to come out at any given time. The staff is extremely professional and does a great job. They are always able to address my needs. It is super easy to schedule them out. It does take a while to schedule the free tune up at the end up the year if you wait a while to schedule that. The cost of their oil is a little expensive.

I have been purchased heating oil for about 3 years. They have always been timely and I never run out of oil. They always make sure the burners are working well. I have only dealt with their sales person and he has been great. He is not pushy in sales. They come out routinely to deliver the oil and fill it up as much as I need. They are a little more expensive than other companies but the quality is worth it.

We have been using them for a couple years. They are open 24/7. We can call them for service at any given time. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They are reliable and always show up when they say they will.

We have used the company off and on over the last 3 years. We ended up changing providers because of pricing. They did a very good job and we never had any problems with them. They were always prompt and reliable. If they are running late they call to let you know. They are also professional and clean while they worked. They are very through and explained to us what they was doing.

I have been using the company for about 7 years. They are very reliable. You can call them any time and they are out right away. The staff is very courteous and deserve an A+. I would highly recommend the company to others.

They did a wonderful job. They were efficient and friendly. I had no problem scheduling the service.

I have used the company for about 18 years, The staff does fine work and I have never had a problem with them. The company meets all my needs so I have no need to go anywhere else. I have been satisfied with all that they have done. It does seem to take about 4-7 days to get my oil supply and other than that scheduling is easy. The pricing is a little high.

They were very good. I was very happy with them. I bought the materials and he came on a Saturday. He came out twice. He diagnosed the problem. It wasn't cheap. The water was gushing out like it comes into the house. They sent somebody that same afternoon. He explained to me what to get and I ran out of the house and went to the local plumbing supply. I had asked him to come back the next morning on a Saturday. His charges were between $300-$400 and the parts was around $600. I have recommended them to several others.
