Description of Work: We are long-standing customers of Petro and we have a contract with them to service our oil furnace. The cost of the contract includes annual tune-up, 24/7 service calls and a whole host of other stuff. We have been pleased for 39 years - when it came time for a new furnace several years ago we did not hesitate to remain with oil and Petro. We have even had them out to check our central air conditioning system and were very pleased. Their professionalism and care of the customer is first rate.

Description of Work: called about switching to them for heating fuel. They went over the options and their prices were lower than I was paying with another company. Then to make it even better they gave me a lower rate for the option I chose. An inspection of our indoor fuel tank was needed and they came promptly and on time.

Description of Work: hey replaced a fan motor 3/4 hp, and a fuel pump gasket. The repairs were all covered by the annual contract. If we didn't have a contract, it would have been very expensive.
