Description of Work: Everything from the first phone call was great. Extremely helpful customer service. The day out alarm was installed the technician was on time, installed everything perfectly. The keypad had a chip in it and after telling Craig the next day someone came out to replace it. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a security company. I love the keypad has the forecast and tells you exactly what window or door has been opened. Being able to receive alerts on my phone is great. Great company!

Description of Work: Guard Me was very responsive. I made an initial call during which some information was taken, and a sales manager got back to me right away. They had trouble reaching me because it was a busy time of the year -- the end of the school year -- but they were respectfully persistent. When I finally had time to talk at length about my needs the sales rep was very informative and clear about Guard Me's services. After that conversation I emailed a few questions and received replies promptly. I was looking for a system that could be set up and then monitored for three months of the year (it's a summer-only home). Their service contract required a 3-5 year annual commitment which seemed excessive for my needs. If I decide to put in a good home security system I will use them. At this time I have decided not to have the system installed because of the annual commitment. One thing: I did receive a number of automated marketing emails from the president of the company which were (thankfully) amusing because they were annoying. In each he recounted some horror-story he knows about homes being invaded. I did not find them the least bit helpful.
