About us

When we opened our doors in 1997, we had one goal in mind: to design custom integrated home security systems based entirely on the vision and needs of each of our clients. To that end, we decided we would provide the best security equipment available, offer the best possible customer service to our clients, and make security systems accessible and affordable to families and business owners. We’re proud to say that this driving philosophy remains the same – over 38,000 customers later. We continue to listen carefully to each of our customers before designing an integrated security system to meet their needs. Description of Work: Pros: Professional installation made it a breeze, Technician did a great job. Touch screen panel - good functionality, ease of use, mobile app, Jason provided all details and gave a deal on monthly payment. Jason was available during late hours and weekend that made it quicker to sign up and schedule installation in no time. I appreciate it. | |Cons: Mislead on credit check as it was a hard hit rather than soft hit. monthly cost and equipment cost could be lower and could have provided more equipment. | |All in all, positive experience and I'd recommend Guardme.

Description of Work: They forgot to tell the techs of the appointment made with me to install the system; I set aside that time just to have no one show. But they made things right without a hitch, and readily made up for their mistake. That said, it did take a few reminder phone calls to get them to follow through on their promise (what they were going to do to make up for the mistake), but eventually they did. Very friendly, caring, and generally responsive. I do love my system; very state of the art.

Description of Work: Install a security system with monitoring. Great pricing and prompt response. Just a comment from the person who came to my house put me off who said. I don't have a full day to tell you everything. Following that I did not ask him any questions. It sounded as he was making fun of me to ask him about different placement of motion detectors and security at the main floor. |On the whole the security system is working fine for the last 2 days since installed. Would use the service again since it's cheap and good monitoring and easy to use. |
