Description of Work: MY contract was sold immediately to another alarm company...Monitronics. Nothing was told to me when I purchased this contract. And, the company |now holds no responsibility to the account except to refer me to the sold company, Monitronics. Also, the company never told me of the requirement to register my alarm with Harris County. With a false alarm initiated by a house cleaner, I was penalized a $75.00 fee along with $35.00 registration fee for the alarm that was never registered. I would not recommend this company to any friends or colleagues.

Description of Work: They said it would take two weeks for them to fix my alarm system until I threatened to fire them. Then they were here in less than 24 hours. Not sure if this was the Guardme part or the Guardian part since they work hand in hand. One is the monitoring part and the other is the ones to call if you have a problem. Either way we did not care for their services.

Description of Work: installed security system with central station review. Has worked whenever used. Had one problem with electronic app, signal was not strong enough, they fixed. Central station works fine. From brochures we keep getting think they are a little overpriced, but dont know until try something else. Service works, they did what they said they would, we feel protected.

Description of Work: Absolutely terrible! They cut the wires of my current alarm and left me unprotected, as theirs did not work properly and they said they would take a week to repair. Stay away from them!

Description of Work: Installed alarm system to replace existing. Nice system if they would explain how to operate. Service after sale is very poor as have asked numerous times for someone to explain the operation and also manuals but never receive anything but calls saying they don't have any? Box says manual included? Installer didn't know the codes that were installed. Sales person said I will always be here to assist you as you have my cell #. |Never answers it since the sale!

Description of Work: We bought 3 systems. one for my fathers home, one for mine, and one for our business. We paid up front for these systems. took them over a month to get them instailled into our homes. The employee instailling the systems could not get the system at our business to work. so we paid more money for a different type of system that he still didnt get working. The employee said he would be back next week with proper working equipment. After a month of the companying telling us they would send someone out and then never showing up...I called and spoke to the head man and he assured us that he would get this matter taken care of for us. 3 months later still no one had come to finish the install at our business. My father and I had no idea how to work our home systems because the employee didnt have time that day to show us but he would show us everything when he came to finish the install at our business. Mind you we are still getting billed by this company for a monthly fee for each of these systems of which this company has someone else do the monitoring. Plus the system they install come from another company. Plus then you haveGuardme that is the installer of this system. So when you have a problem you have to go threw 3 different companies to resolve an issue. After 6 months still nothing. We stopped paying the monthly bills for a service we never got to use at our business and after attempting to us our home systems and after 8 911 unexspected police stops in 3 days we stopped using the home systems because the systems were not tuned correctly. We made several attempts threw the following months to get the problems resolved but no luck. We stopped all monthly payments. Then we got threats to take us 2 court. A year later we hired a lawyer who sent a letter saying leave us alone and we will leave you alone. Or if you insist on taking us to court we will insist on recovering the moneys lost that we have acquired as well. Its been 1 year since that letter was sent. This is how my story went. Maybe yours will be better.
