Description of Work: Dave's replaced the power supply in our PC quickly and at a reasonable price. Just make sure he's not closing early when you intend to pick up your machine.

Description of Work: got rid of a virus that locked my pc and virus site was asking for money to unlock it. 2. Increased my main disk drive to 500 GB because my computer was stalling and locking up.

Description of Work: Although I admit that I did not use this service as promptly as I should have, I contacted Dave to apply my Angie's List payment to services, not even necessarily the service I purchased, since my deal had expired. Since then, I have attempted to contact Dave no less then 5 times. He answered my call once and said he would work with me. Not the case. Dave has never returned another call and kept my money. Too bad, I needed a trustworthy computer service. Obviously not Dave.

Description of Work: Problem accessing Internet Explorer. Vendor performed several functions and added additional security programs, but problem was not fixed. Work is only warranted for 7 days! Called back after one week and had work done again at an additional charge, but still did not fix the problem. Later learned from Microsoft that one of the antivirus programs they installed (Malwarebytes) is not compatible with the one I already had (McAfee).

Description of Work: Clean my PC

Description of Work: The contacted me promptly to set up an appointment that worked with my schedule. At the appointment, they remoted into my computer and ran many programs that cleaned it up. When finished, The technician explained what had been done and what I should do in the future to maintain the computer. I am very pleased with the results and would absolutely recommend this service.

Description of Work: No one called me at the appointed time. When I called them 1/2 hour later, the person who answered did not know about my appointment. It took him some time to reach Dave, who gave him the wrong information about what I had signed up for. He had to check with Dave again. The person did help in providing security software and clean up the computer, but he put me on hold twice for a long period of time and I had to call Dave to see what was happening. The person then immediately came back to the phone. I also lost some of my files but I did not call them again.

Description of Work: Dave's technician helped me install upgraded MS Office software and resolve issues with Outlook and personal file folders, which were essential to my business. Service was professional, courteous, and complete. Follow-up to correct one minor issue was prompt. All this was done remotely, so there was no interruption to my business. Excellent.

Description of Work: It was a Big Deal for $99 for 2-4 Hour Ultimate Computer Tune-Up. My computer was slow and crashing.
