Description of Work: I needed a disk drive replaced on my laptop. Dave did this competently and when promised. My only complaint was that he left "LogMeIn" installed and active on my PC when he returned it to me.

The only item that I gave a B to was that there was no interaction from the professional.It could have been what was included in the price but I was looking for was more details on what had caused the difficulty and how I could maintain for the future. I admit it might have been my expectations and I didn't ask as I thought it might have come at the end of my session. It left me wondering. I thought the service though was excellent.

Description of Work: I was very disappointed both in the deal and myself for having fallen for it. It is a very misleading ad. I live in Norwell,Ma and I did not realize that this computer wiz was out of NJ. That in no way could help me set up my computer to the internet and maximize my service. I could have a technician from Verizon walk me through this but I am not tech savvy, so this deal sounded perfect. When I went to set up appt. , I was shocked to see the NJ address. He was very kind and told me he can work from NJ. He would need my passwords etc. I told him I did not feel safe with this. In the end, I told him to keep the 49.00, which he did and I never heard from him again. I would not use this service unless you live near there. Never give out your password. That is a violation , I would think, that is why I gave him my money and ran. I give him an F, because any GOOD RETAILER, would not accept the money without doing the job. Although his intentions seemed good, I think he is fraudulent here. 49.00 is no great loss for me so I would rather keep a peaceful front. I am hesitantly responding to Angie's follow up review. Sorry for the bad review. I think of this flaw in advertising as another one of life's great learning experiences.
