They were very good. We were pleased for the most part with their work. The workers were fine. We had no problems with them. There were no complications. They did very good work. They also did the house across the street from us. They have done a lot of work in our neighborhood. We were happy with them. They were here early in the morning.

Because of the professionalism of Benchmark and David I added to the job aluminum trim. Came out great and I plan to have them re roof my home. He was on time, responsive and professional. I deal with contractors in my job and feel David is one of the better, professional contractors I have met. I doubt you would have any issues in all aspects of the job.

It was very hard in the beginning to contact him. He was on vacation and I left messages after he got back. He came once, weeks and months went by and he finally came again. It took 3 times for him to finally come in and write up an estimate. He brought a stucco person with him who said he would charge $60,000.00 alone. Benchmark?s estimate was expensive and consistent with others I had received for roofing. The reason I called him was because of other reports where he was punctual and responsive, but he was not that way with me. I liked him as a person and I may consider hiring him for our roofing job.

I really liked their work and in fact I am planning on calling them again. They have done other work for me in the past.

Dave originally, quoted us for a new roof although recommending that we hold off and try to get another season or 2 out of our existing roof 1st - which was surprising advise. We learned from our insurance company at the same time that water damage to our floors was in part due to improper flashing around all of our windows in the front of the house dating back to before we owned it. Dave actually charged us $150 less than he estimated and had a team remove a substantial amount of siding, reflash about 10 windows, and replace the siding. We were very pleased all around and will surely use Benchmark for any and all future services that they can provide.

David always responded or provided information when it was promised. He was quick with providing an estimate and follow-up. When given the go ahead he and his workers showed up on schedule and kept us informed on the progress of the work. The job was done quickly and professionally; they kept the work site neat and clean. I was very satisfied with his work.
