The company was prompt. They had given me a 2 hour window for their arrival,between 8-10. The plumber arrived at 8:15, replaced the disposal unit in the kitchen, and was done and on his way by 9:15. So far I can give nothing but raves. I guess the only thing that could go wrong would be the life of the new disposal unit. Thanks for the good job !

Called on a Monday for a Wednesday service call at noon, he was right on time. He crawled around under the house ro try and find leaks, not once but a couple of times to make sure. He went through the house to see what was making the pump to keep coming on. He went the extra mile to try and find what the problem was.

From the first phone call to the company until the work was completed, everyone was extremely polite and helpful. I have no complaints about the service that I received and I would highly recommend them.

My experience was great. They were friendly and scheduling was prompt and courteous. The appointment was scheduled for within 24 hours. They completed the job in the estimated time frame. We called them back for a leak and they came out the next day to resolve it.

He really did a wonderful job. I waz extremely satisfied with his services and will definitely be using him again soon.

I was happy with the work. I have since replaced ceiling tiles and everything is back to normal.

They were very good but a little expensive. They did an excellent job. He did something the first time and appeared to fix it and then had to come back a day later and pay again for a service charge.

The repair itself was excellent and because I was at work while they were there they called to inform me every step of the way. Initially Tom thought the tub was damaged because of the rust and was concerned if he removed the drain that it woudl damage the tub further. I told him to just go and take it off if its damaged eventually it will go bad anyway. After the repair was done he informed me that the tub itself was not leaking that it was the tub shoe that was cracked and the hair trap was leaking. He explained the repair and what he did. I asked him to estimate my bill which intially I figured I would be spending around $600 well when he called me back he gave me a price of $544.41 but yesterday I recieved their invoice and it was for $490.05 so again that also exceeded my expectations. As far as quality goes with the repair it was spot on. I would like to point out something though. It would have been NICE if they had either caulked or put putty in the space where the spout separated from the wall and the service door for the faucet was left open again NOTHING major that I cant do but its just something that I think they should be aware of but OTHERWISE a great job and they will definitely be used again by me and I will recommend them to my friends. Kudos!

I am completely satisfied with McBride. Had a filter installed on a my heating system. Job was performed in a very timely manner.

Arrived on time, evaluated the issue, and answered questions. Called the company when a second man was needed. Arrived within 4 minutes and took time (1 hr) to correct issue & replace improper structure.

I called them and explained that we had water coming into our basement. They got somebody on the phone who told me how to turn the water off. They said they would have somebody out there in 45 minutes, and they were there within 30 minutes. Two people showed up. I was charged full price for the first person and half price for the second person. They explained that I had a pipe burst in the wall. He explained that he would have to make a hole in the drywall to locate the leak. He measured and hit the broken pipe with his first hole. He fixed it. We were very fortunate. I felt that the price was justified. They were very punctual. They were here earlier than they said they would be. I have recommended them to my neighbors.
