Credit card was promptly charged, however two weeks has transpired and no report has ever been received.

They said the faucet I purchased wasn't any good and I had to purchase one that they had in stock. It was over 2 times the price of mine and then I was charged for hoses. Faucets don't come with hoses? Then they used the wrong credit card ( I had to give them one before they would even make an appt ). And of course I was overdrawn on the on they used without my ok. Very poor experience.

Well we missed each other on the first round. My appt. was bt. 10a-12p but the tech showed up early. I phoned them to say that my appt was bt 10-12 and although your tech showed up before that time it was not my error. We agreed to reschedule appt & did so for a later time that same day. Shortly after hanging up, their scheduler called me back to say that tech was still in the area & wanted to know if she could send him now, I agreed & within a few minutes he was here. Tech was pleasant, answered all my questions, performed job thoroughly & checked to make sure all inside drain were working properly. The bill was a bit more than I had anticipated, received my Angie's list customer discount . Hopefully I won't have to have this done again for several years. Satisfied with service, would use again

The technician was prompt and very professional. I did not get the young man's named that did the work but I must say he was courteous and friendly which made the entire process very smooth. I will not hesitate to utilize their services again. Awesome job.

Install a toilet in a previously flooded bathroom, on second floor. I was nervous about leaking down to first floor. No problems yet!!

There is no need call anyone else, because you will want Tim McBride and his men to do your work. There is no need to read any more. The long of it?Mr. McBride is a good person and very easy to work with. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of plumbing, heating and air conditioning. The work he personally did and the work of his men is excellent, and his prices are right. Mr. McBride was willing to take on a very difficult home heating job after our heating system failed this past winter. We interviewed 4 ?reputable plumbers? in our area in the early spring of 2013. All four of them went through the house and then strung us along for 2-3 months with no intention of ever doing the work. One never got back to us despite our phone calls; one said he was ready to start the job, but failed to show up; one (who put in our 3 new central air conditioning units excellently last year) finally admitted that he lacked the manpower to do the job, that it was an autumn job, and that we should change our heating system altogether, and one never got back to us when he arrived at our house at the same time Mr. McBride arrived. We had freeze damage to 11 radiators that had to be replaced and 3 or 4 ceiling pipes that required cutting into plaster ceilings. He also replaced our very old boiler and water heater with the highest quality modern products. The work has been difficult, heavy, and messy. Mr. McBride and his men do their work carefully and efficiently. They willingly answered all of our questions accurately and did extra work without a complaint. There were many pleasant surprises. Jennifer, the lady at the office is very pleasant and knowledgeable. She is a pleasure to talk to and to email. They have all made this devastating damage to our heating system much less stressful. In the end, it will be much better than before, by turning a disaster into a home improvement. Over the past 30 years, I?ve required work from several companies for 2 old houses. I found McBride on Angieslist and called them because of the great reviews. A very nice lady answered and told us she could schedule someone to come in the next two hours. I was shocked that they could come so quickly. She told me approximately what the price would be and she was spot on. The plumber was running a few minutes late as he was on another job but I received a call from their office telling me that he was going to be a few minutes late. I was so thrilled with the customer service. The plumber came and was super nice and polite. He fixed both problems and told us how to avoid future problems. It was a great experience all around. The plumber was professional and courteous. He explained the problem and let us know how much it would cost. He was able to replace the pipe within an hour and I have had no problems since then.

The worst experience ever. Angie isn't right all the time.Still leaks, and I wouldn't let them within a block of my house.How do you clean a shower stall with an inch of silicone on it? My new bathroom looks like I put it in 15 years ago.Thousands down the drain plus the time put in taking off to be there while they worked.TERRIBLE!

I thought they were fair in what they charged me for the work. They are very considerate and patient with me. I wish I had called them first but they are going to come back for future service. I was very happy with them.

They were great from the start, people in the office were great and professional as well as the techs at the house had my drains checked and toilet fixed as well as other problems trouble shot and estimates given with many options. Provided lots of info and ideas. They will be the only plumber I call from here on out

I was extremely satisfied with both visits from McBride & Company. Everything went smoothly, from scheduling the appointments to completion of the work. I also feel that they have a great deal of integrity. For my first appointment, the owner came to clear a drain and provide an estimate for a tankless water heater. He told me that replacing my current water heater was not cost effective, basically convincing me not to hire his company to perform work that was not in my best interest. I appreciated that.

Very well. The technician took care of all issues, and suggested some improvements to our plumbing system, which will be incorporated in the spring.

McBride & Company was simply outstanding. From my Angie's List email to the time the work was completed, they were just superior. Jennifer in the office was so responsive and easy to work with. They did the work at my second home and I never needed to be there. We had a gas line installed in our kitchen for a new gas oven. We realized we also needed an electrical outlet and the arranged to have an outlet installed with an electrician. McBride & Company exceeded my expectations and I will use them again!! Thank you for being so customer focused...

They were extremely professional, punctual and provided a clear and concise estimate for all the work that they would perform. The only reason I did not use them was because of the price. There were some specific items that I requested that made the job a little more tricky and the estimates reflected this. They were the highest bid for the job out of three and I ended up using the middle bid.

called another plumber the day before - they were to arrive approx. 10:30 am... Got a call that the tech was held up - would arrive early afternoon - I gave up when 3:30 came and went - joined Angie's List - phoned McBride - they were there in less than 10 minutes.

My hot water heater malfunctionedPilot light would not stay onWas prepared for a new hot water heater. Called around and McBride Plumbing was very helpful. Jennifer the girl who answered the phone was the first indication that McBride Plumbing is top notch in customer service she quoted prices for a new hot water heater, took the manufacture info and asked if she could call me back after doing some research on my behalf. She called back within a 1/2 hour and offered some alternatives and service call to be certain I needed a new unit or just a part as suggested as a possibility by the owner Tim.We agreed on a time the very next day which was a Friday. I was called when the technician was on the road. Russ arrived on time and allowed me to observe the process. He determined it was only a part explained the alternatives and fielded all my questions. Since there were some issues based on adaptability on parts Russ took the time to go through all the scenarios and we agreed on outcome and price. He was professional, took his time to explain all the aspects of the repair and even endured the protests of my rather outspoken dog.I requested a call back from Tim and was glad to praise and recommend McBride Plumbing, not only were the prompt and courteous but they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. So my experience with McBride Plumbing was top notch prompt professional and trustworthy. I have an outside shower that had a break in the cold water pipe. The floor drain was slightly clogged. It turned out that there were actually 3 differnet leaks connected with the cold water line. McBride and Co. fixed the leaks and unclogged the drain. My only problem is that the plumber had a helper with him and I was charged $75 for this services (which amounted to mostly fetching thinkgs from the truck). When I made the appointment I wasn't informed that a helper would be with the plumber and that I would be charged for whatever help he provided the plumber. I've used plumbrers in the past but this is the first time that someone other than the plumber came along and that I would be charged.

Will definitely use McBride again - extremely professional, punctual and took time to explain problem, solution options and recommendations regarding same.

Great! McBride's figured it out, were timely, helped decide between units, did what they said they would do WHEN They said they would do it. They were "clutch" ! Jennifer who handles the phones is terrific. Tim McBride was great. He had a clear and definite opinion on our use of a gas vs. electric unit. I appreciated that input as the pressure was on to make a big move and these tankless water heaters are expensive. I got more than I hoped for and I will use them again.

person was prompt and very helpful fixed the problem right away. the existing gas line for the stove went straight up and did not work with our new stove. A 90 degree fitting was put on the gas line and person helped me move the stove into place and made sure everything was working.
