Description of Work: Unclogged bathroom sink drain in my condo. Strange items like plastic garbage bags had made their way into pipes. Plumber tried various ways to clear. Took 2 trips to fix. It was a difficult job but was done without having to break into walls.

Description of Work: They installed a shower fixture and did a great job. They had to cut the wall to access the pipes but did it very neatly so I could screw it back on afterwards.

Description of Work: Installed disposal in kitchen and repaired a pipe in my outside shower.

Description of Work: They installed a tankless water heater and removed my old one. They did a great job. I would recommend being home to guide them a little. It was important to me that the lines be as hidden as possible. We discussed different strategies and we agreed to a plan. I think if I wasn't there, they might have done what was easiest, not what was prettiest. But ultimately they did a very good job. All the guys were nice, they cleaned up well and we are very happy with their work. We will use them again.

Description of Work: We first found this wonderful company in early November, 2012 after Hurricane Sandy when the gas heat was red tagged in one of the the two units we own and the downstairs tenants had no heat. They went out right away. fixed the problem and restarted the gas hot water heater and boiler. Most recently, (12/10 and 12/12/12) they helped us again after emergency chimney work had to be completed by another company. They restarted the two gas hot water heaters and two boilers. They are prompt and reasonably priced.

Description of Work: We were having problems with leak in our sink & garbage disposal. We thought we would have to replace the disposal & needed somone to figure out the leak. We called, left a message, someone caled us back & said they would be out in about an hour. They were & checked the problem, told us what it was, how much it would cost right away, They were pofessional, quick & cleaned up after themselves.I would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Repaired a leak io n the bathroom. I was in a situation where I had to let them do the work or pay them over $100.00 just for coming to the house. I was not told this when I made the appointment. Despite the fact that the leak was not a pipe but the 'tub shoe' a hole had to be cut in the ceiling to determine wherre the leak originated. I was told that they would give me information for someone to repair the sheetrock. that did not happen. So yes they repaired the leak but I strongly urge them to let customerrs know at the time they make an appointment that they will have to pay $105.00 plus tax whether they get the work done or not.

Description of Work: We purchased a home in October 2010 five days later we had a flood in our finished basement. A basement still loaded with unpacked boxes. A fence installer working in the backyard had turned on the outside hose which caused a pipe that had obviously burst inside a wall to pour water into the basement. Unfortunately for us the house had sat empty the previous winter and the home inspector failed to check the outside water faucets. McBride came to my rescue. They helped me locate the water turn off while I was still on the phone with them. My daughters and I had moved most of the boxes, they helped me pull up the carpet and we were able to save the drywall. Two men worked to locate the leak which they were able to repair in minutes. I was charged full price for the first plumber and half price for the second. They walked me through the process of removing the water in my basement and carpet. Ross was the lead plumber on this project. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. We hired them again in June 2011 to rair a non working air conditioner, again Ross came worked quickly and everything was fixed. My codt then was 260.00. We were new transplants to New Jersey in 2010,and we feel very blessed to have found McBride.

Description of Work: My bedroom shower was leaking. I called McBride's Company. They came the next day. He was prompt and professional. He fixed the problem that day. It turned out to be a minor job. We are very appreciative and happy with his service. I would definitely call him again.
