absolutely excellent... these folks were efficient, and fast and thorough... I'd hire them again and recommend them to my neighbors.

I received a fair price from the owner (Ray). He came on time and communicated very well with me. The crew arrived when they said they would and did a phenomenal job. The trees being removed were between my house and my neighbor with little room to work making the job slightly more dangerous. The crew was very diligent to discuss next steps with each other and be certain not to make a mistake. The job was done quickly and professionally. Would definitely hire again.

The tree was removed but the experience was not pleasant. On the day before the tree removal, the USAF person said if I wanted them to take away the debris, they would charge more. If they left them along the curb, there would be no extra charge. So I asked them to leave the debris along the curb. However, township refused to collect the debris because the trunk diameter is bigger than 6". I then contacted USAF, asking them why they didn't cut the trunk into smaller ones. The same USAF person said, "sorry, we can't change the diameter of the tree". While I didn't know the township regulation, I assumed they as professionals should know it. If township doesn't collect the debris, why leave them there? In sum, my experience w/ USAF is that other than money, they have very low (if any) interest in customer experience. I am giving them a D because of their poor customer service.

USAF showed up on time and removed a huge, partially fallen oak tree and cleaned up the area within a few hours. All workers involved were polite and professional. We would hire again without a doubt.

The team arrived in the morning, completed the job neatly, and finished the same day. They did an excellent job for a very competitive price. We referred them to our neighbors who also had work performed.

Excellent service, communication and price - made 2 visits to our property to confirm exact work to be performed and quote. Followed up promptly to schedule work - great communication when date had to be re-scheduled due to weather. On re-scheduled date, crew arrived on time and worked efficiently all day and did a great job. Will gladly have USAF back for any future tree service needs.

Excellent company. The owner came with a crew of eight guys to remove eighteen pine trees. They were well prepared with with two trucks to take all the logs away and had some grinding material to grind the stomps away. The cleaned after they left and did it all in one day.. They were very efficient, very punctual, and highly professional. Matter fact, I contacted them to remove another fifty foot tree for me. If you're looking for a highly qualified professional, this is the one.
