RJ Awnings made a new lawn swing cover using the old one as a pattern. They were very patient as I took several months to decide on a pattern, and then quite quick once I sent them the pattern number. The new cover looks fabulous! I intend to get in touch with the company in the spring to discuss other projects.

I called Russ and he came out to assess the problem. Russ suggested that I have an electrician check the power switch in case that was the source of the problem. He was trying to save us the cost of all new mechanicals. Turned out it was the motor. Russ came out again out first thing in the morning to remove the canopy and tie back the arms until we can replace everything. Great service. Now waiting for the estimate to replace.

When I first called RJ Awning, I was very happy that they could replace the canopy of my retractable awning with the same high quality fabric, Sunbrella. Russ came to our home, took his measurements and assured me that I would have the new awning in about six to eight weeks. Six weeks later, Russ and his business partner came out to do the install. They can't us informed by email as to how long it would take and would notify us when our canopy was it for final installation. They didn't waste anytime when they arrived and immediately started installing the canopy. When they were finished the canopy was beautiful and tight (secure), you could bounce nickles off the fabric. Yes, I would use them in the future and I valued his great attitude and professionalism. Everything went as planned from estimate to delivery and installation.

We contacted RJ Custom Awning Co. in mid-October to discuss the possibility of custom covers for our parking kiosks. I received an immediate friendly, positive response. Russ DiBella helped our idea come to life. Since our deadline was coming up fast - the covers go on December 1 - Russ came out to measure, stayed in touch, both my email and by phone. He made sure our concept worked, acted as a liaison with their graphics department and got us a proof in record time. We requested a candy cane (diagonal) stripe. A couple of weeks into the process, we received an email stating that the diagonal striped canvas ordered was not lining up properly. They upgraded to a vinyl fabric that worked better and have a longer life expectancy. They did not charge us for the upgrade because Russ said "we'd rather eat the cost than make covers that don't meet our high standards". When the covers were ready on November 25, the day before Thanksgiving!, Russ personally delivered them, took one out and put it on a kiosk so we could see the finished product. We're very excited to have the covers on our kiosks throughout the month of December. We would work with RJ Custom Awning Co. and Russ DiBella again, should the need arise, and will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks.

The new canopy was beautiful and fit like a glove. The quality of the work is impeccable as was the service. We needed to re-schedule the install several times and they were courteous, professional and very accommodating to our requests. I would highly recommend this company.
