VERIZON

The service is pretty good but it is more expensive than ATand T. For my job they have the best service. I have a yearly contract with them.

I will surely recommend Verizon to my friends and family members. Definitely, I will extend my contract with them if it expires.

We just switched to Verizon for cable service so we are now using their bundled package. Everything is working out good with them. I had been with my old provider for 10 years and they're giving me a hard time discontinuing their service. They charged me a cancellation fee and I don't know why.

8I am not going to change it because it is like a necessary thing that we kind of got to have. I would probably keep them until another company comes with a better offer. I am not unhappy with them. They were good when I contacted them the last time for a minor thing. It wasn't that easy and quick to get hold of them. Once I was able to get hold of them, they were fine.

They do a good job, but I think that their prices are high. I live in a place where it is hard to get cell phone service, and we have done research and they have the best service where I live.

We have not personally had any issues. At times when we have had problems like when my husband lost his phone, I had this freak thing when people were calling my number because some crazy person made up a number and posted it and it happened to be mine, they were helpful with that. For the size of that company and the people who do customer service with whom I interact they seem to care about what happens. They spend a long time on the phone with me and really try to solve the problem. I think their prices are terrible. It seems to be high to me.

I have had the worst experience with Verizon internet and phone. I have been paying for this since my actvation date on June 28th, and I still don't have the internet running. The first 3 times I called after my service was 'activated', the customer service reps told me to wait and it would turn on soon. The fourth time, they told me I needed to go outside and open the box with all the wires in it to see if the problem was out there. If it was, they would come and fix it. If the problem was in wires in the house, I would be charged if they came out and fixed the problem- just to get the service started! Finally they sent out a repairman who looked at the wires ( and told me I NEVER should have opened the box and they NEVER should have told me to do that!!). He got the phone line working, and told me the internet should be fine now. Of course, internet still didn't work. So I called Verizon a 5th time and after being on the phone for 45 minutes with the csr repeating herself over and over, i have an appointment for another repairman to come out on Saturday( almost a week later). Hopefully this works. Like I said, I'm paying for a service that they can't even get to work. SO ANNOYING. People told me not to get Verizon- I wish I had listened!!

They seem to be good and I have had good luck with them. There was only one instance where I had a problem with the phone connection but they sent people right out. I am not sure how their pricing stands out as I do not have much to compare it to. I get what I pay for in relation to the quality. I would use them again in the future.

I feel that they have changed names and companies too many times. They seem to hustle you with pricing. I would not recommend Verizon.

I'm happy and have got no problems. They've done whatever I needed to do. I've never had them come by for any problems after installation 8 years ago. They are fine at the stores too.

I love Verizon's services a lot better than ATand T or any of the other services. I purchased a Droid because I had a Curve before and it was always turning off or dropping calls.

They provide a good service. I have a contract with them and will continue to use them.

I have been using them for four years. They came out to help me with my service, and they were fine. Their price is poor. I don't know if I will continue to use them.

They are very helpful and accommodating. We've had them for years and haven't changed because we are satisfied with everything.

I have been using them for several years now. I found their service very good, it's excellent. I have a couple of situations where I had to call text service and they have been able to reset TV and buy over the phone, they are also very responsive.

They are considerably better than another company I used in the past. I am more than happy and satisfied with their quality of service. I get a senior discount and I have had no issues during bad weather. I give them all A's and will use them again in the future.

I have not had any problems with them, I like them. The quality is excellent and I will continue to use Verizon.

We have been fairly happy for the most part. I have no complaints with them. When we first moved in here for about seven or eight years ago that when we moved to them. They were really strong in the Northeast, and that's why we went with them. I had Blackberry phones at one point and a couple of them were defective and there was a real big hassle to actually to get them returned. My only major concern with them was that they sold me a couple of phones that basically still works, but they were defective, and it had a lot of quality issues rather than very easily taking them back they did a big hassle to do that. At the end of the when I buy a phone from them I expect them to honor the quality. I would rate them good for call quality, but for their phone quality I would rate them a little low.

The service was excellent. The price is good. They are professional. I would use them again.

They have up-to-date technology. They have a bundle package. They have the best cellular service. They are helpful. I have had only good experiences with them. Their prices are competitive. I have found companies less expensive, but I choose to stay with Verizon. I have no problems getting to them.

I was very impressed that they were the only cellular phone providers working during the 9/11 tragedy in New York City. I will continue to use Verizon.
