Sarah was great she walked me through fixing my lawnmower after 45 minutes the lawnmower is working great. It was like a training session on lawnmower maintenance

Sarah was a pleasure to deal with. She arrived right on schedule per our conversation the day before. She knew all the correct questions to ask before she arrived so she had an idea of what the problem was. My problem with the mower was after starting it and released the break it would stall. If I kept the break on the mower would continue to run causing me to be unable to move the mower. Sarah came prepared and analized the problem and proceeded to fix it in a timely manner. She had to repair the mower in the hot sun in our driveway. She took time to explain the problem and gave me tips on future maintenance. She amazed me with her knowledge.. She has over 35 years experience which is obvious if you meet her. I highly recommend using her service. I feel she went above and beyond. One of the nicest people you could meet.

Sarah is great - called her at approximately 9:00 am and without an appointment she arrived around 11:30 am. Rebuilt the carb and did the full service right in the driveway. FANTASTIC service! This mower, BTW, hadn't been run in over 10 years. Once she was done she bet it would start within three pulls. It started in two! Highly recommend!!!

Sara found that the oil leak was in a difficult location and would be very costly to fix. She advised me to keep track of oil levels since the leak was not big - and to continue using the machine until I decide to purchase a new lawnmower. I just completed my first seasonal cut and the mower did its job, so I do believe getting the most out of this machine is my best bet until I purchase a new one. Once I purchase a new ride-on, I will definitely call Sara to perform maintenance.

Sally was super in every way. She responded to a mid afternoon Sunday call indicating that she could be at our home that same day. She called ahead to confirm arrival time and then arrived on time. She quickly got to the heart of the major problem and was clear concise and honest in her estimation of what it would take to repair the faulty transmission. She set the machine up so that I could use it as a conventional mower and then sharpened the blade for me at no cost as she felt badly that she could not complete the major repair.

Exceptional service from the start. Professional and courteous throughout. Debriefed me thoroughly on exact problems and equipment (model numbers, age, condition of mowers) on initial call. Scheduled service for later the same day. Called ahead and showed up promptly and prepared with the right replacement parts. Worked quickly and told me exactly what she was doing.I know these were not "big" repairs but Sarah obviously knew what she was doing and I'm confident she would have been as efficient and competent no matter what she found when she pulled up in my driveway. Her price was more than fair for the expertise she brought and the time she spent. For me it was a bargain compared to the effort of loading two heavy machines onto my pickup and taking them to the local dealer who would have made me wait weeks for the repairs, lectured me on what I was doing wrong, and charged me much more. She's definitely my go-to-guy for future small engine repairs.

From the beginning initial phone call Sarah was professional, courteous and thorough. I explained I needed my lawn mower serviced as well as my generator. She asked a few questions and we went to schedule a time for her to come. I natrually assumed it would have to be later in the week, but to my amazement she came that same day. The weather later in the week wasn't going to be that good so she was very accommodating and made arrangements to come that afternoon. Sarah was punctual, friendly and competent. She took the time to explain to me what she was doing and why as well as give me important information regarding my particular machine. It was obvious that she takes great care in what she does and is very concerned that the customer is satisfied. When she looked at my generator she told me that it really was in good shape and didn't need any servicing at this time. This really proved to me that she is as honest as they come. I'm thoroughly impressed with Rollin Lawn Mower Repair and will never use anyone else. I can't imagine the person who left the bad review has any idea what he's talking about. I will certainly recommend this service to all of my friends and neighbors.

Got a call from the owner on March 8th to my home about my feedback. They explained that this is a one person business and that she missed my inquiry due to heavy business. I explained from a customer service standpoint she should get some help if she can't respond to customers calling for her service. Seemed more interested in the score versus apologize for not getting back to me. After second thoughts, have decided to give her the benefit of the doubt. Sometime will probably try again and hopefully we have different results.

She was performing other jobs today and routinely informed via telephone where she was and how long it would be before she arrive. Once she arrived, Sarah quickly performed the tune-up while explaining everything that she was doing to me. She afforded me the opportunity to ask any question about the snow blower. She has extensive knowledge of my MTD blower. She was extremely professional and worked efficiently. Her fully equipped van made it rather easy for her to do so. Sarah was great and I would highly recommend her service to anyone. She is also an accomplished pianist so if you're lucky, she will play you a tune.

Sarah changed the spark plug took off the fuel tank took off the carberator and replaced a part on it and cleaned the carberator before she replaced it back on the mower.she then primed the motor and with one pull on the cord my lawnmower started right up.Also I didn,t have to bring my mower to Sarah she came right to my house.If I would have gone with a provder in my town it would have cost me 50 bucks to pick up and return my mower.then 150.00 just to look at it.So I think I made the right choice and would use rollin for my lawnmower problems.

She was right out of the hospital so she couldn't come to look at the snowblower, but she walked me through steps to get it running. She's awesome!

Sarah is an amazing professional with immediate service. This is the 2nd time we have called her in the last 3 years. She has saved us from buying a new machine twice. The service was draining the excess oil out, adding a new filter in and cleaning the machine. She stayed behind to make sure the machine was working.

Sarah came with her van to our home. She cleaned the mower, sharpened the blade, replaced the filter and spark plug, and adjusted the cable for the clutch.

I called Sarah as I found her on here with plenty of good reivews. She was able to come out to my house the same day to look at both my leaf blower and my riding lawn mower. Only after a few minutes of looking at the leaf blower, she was able to find out what was wrong. Next was the riding lawn mower that previously would run and shut off. This time, it wouldn't even start up. Sarah started to look at it and released that it had a blow fuse. Once we replaced, it started right up. She also notice the vent hold on the gas cap was clogged and what do you know, that was my problem. She advised me to ride around for 10 minutes so she was assured my problems were fixed and sure enough, they were. I highly recommend her work and will be contacting her again in the future.

We worked everything out and she let me know it would cheaper to purchase a new one.

Sarah was incredibly prompt and came to the house on a Sunday afternoon within 2 hours of my first contacting her. She expertly trouble shot the problem by eliminating potential causes. She determined that the spark plug was fouled and changed it out. the generator started and ran perfectly. She is very pleasant and knowledgeable.

The woman that runs this business is extremely busy but she was able to fit me in and rescue us from our having to shovel by hand. She was able to come to our home to fix the snow blower and even was able to come the same day I called which was a Sunday. This is the second time I have used her and she gives extraordinary service.

With this years first two snow storms, I had a tough time time starting my snowblower. On the third storm, my snowblower would not start at all. This was not good because many of my elderly neighbors depend on me to clear their snow. I attempted to fix it myself to no avail (I changed the spark plug but it did not help). Sarah explained the cost and how it all worked. I made an appointment for the next day and Sarah advised me that she would call me prior to her arrival. The following day, Sarah did call me as promised at the time we agreed upon. Minutes later she was in my driveway. Within minutes, Sarah diagnosed the problem and fixed my snowblower. No fuss, no muss. She is a wonderful woman with a wonderful personality. Her knowledge with small engines is clearly obvious. I would not hesitate to use Rollin again. I had previously used Sarah to repair my snowblower and had great service, so I called her before the season to get my machine tuned up. She got it started and turned it over and it was completely rusted out on the bottom - like ALL the way through, which I didn't see because I never turned it over. She gave me a choice of $285 for a full tune up, etc., but recommended against it as the machine was unsafe due to the extensive rust damage. I took her advice and trashed the old one, bought a new one, and have been very pleased I did. Sarah is professional, very competent, punctual, provides great service, and I will continue to use her for my needs. I trust her recommendations.
