Rollin Lawn Mower Repair WE COME TO YOU! 7 DAYS!!!

Christmas came early (on November 27th)! Sarah left my home yesterday in Hasbrouck Heights after getting my Ariens Snowblower to work. I called earlier that day expecting to set up an appointment for the upcoming week. Instead, Sarah came to my home a few hours later (again...on a Sunday no less and in a part of Bergen County she doesn't normally service). Sarah was so patient with me to explain what she was doing (I wanted to learn). In maybe 15-20 minutes she had it fixed. All the superlatives I see on the reviews are true. Sarah is/was 100% friendly, professional, knowledgeable and so willing to answer my questions. She even recorded a 'how to' video for me so when the time comes and I need to use the blower, I'll remember the steps. I HATE when something is out of my own wheel house and I need to Google a solution. But I LOVE when I come across a fabulous business/person. Worth every cent. A great experience start to finish. Yes, I too HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Sarah was true to her advertisement. Prompt, courteous, professional, expert service provided with pleasant conversation during her time performing the required repair. Prior to her visit, which was just about 2 hours after our call, she requested detailed information about our mower to ensure she was well prepared to address the repair. Sarah gave the mower a full 'once over review' besides completing the required repair. Sarah's Customer Service acceptance was obviously very important to her. Sarah is amazing!! In this day and age, to have someone come within 24 hours of making the request is far and few between, but that is Sarah! She came the following day after I called her to repair my generator (now I am ready for the winter) and my lawn mower (ready for next season). She worked professionally and efficiently. Sarah is great! She is very knowledgeable, capable and professional. She can service and/or repair any small engine at your own home. Can’t say enough good about her! And she comes right to your house so you have no pickup fees for the ride-on mower. She did not have the part that I needed for my ride-on mower. Knowing that I needed the machine as soon as possible, she actually made the part form my engine (rather than wait for the part to be ordered). Amazng!

Bottom Line - It was fantastic!! Great responsiveness and service! 100% satisfied! I decided it was time to get my snow blower ready for the upcoming season, thinking that I had waited too long. It's always a process that I put off because, as I get older, I really don't like lifting it in and out of my truck. Then I thought, maybe there are companies that offer "House Calls". I did some searching and found Rollin Lawn Mower Repair. They had a bunch of great reviews for service and responsiveness, so I decided to call. Sarah answered the call. I described the make and model of the snow blower (it's a pretty old but great machine) and Sarah said she could service it. Then came the question I was worried about... when was her earliest appointment? Based on past experience most repair shops are pretty booked up by now. To my surprise, Sarah said she would come over as soon as she finished up with her current job. Wow! She was very responsive and called when she was on the way. When she arrived, I told her that the snow blower had stopped running (wouldn't start) at the end of last season. I was thinking plug or fuel filter. Sarah said probably not and literally within the first 10 minutes, she had diagnosed/fixed that problem and started the engine with the first pull. ...and it wasn't the plug or fuel filter. I was pretty impressed. Then came some of the other issues: running rough, poor idle, inadequate high end rpms, tune-up, etc. Turned out the main problem was that the carburetor was all gummed up. When Sarah showed me, I couldn't believe it would run at all. She had a complete rebuild kit in her repair truck and I told her to go ahead and rebuild (of course adding to the cost). When finished, Sarah had my old snow blower running and sounding like new. At that point, I was completely satisfied and was already thinking of all the other small engines (leaf blower, lawn mower, chain saws, etc.) that I would have Sarah work on in the spring. But it didn't stop there... I had noticed on the [*** Link removed ***] site that one of the reviews mentioned that Sarah played the piano, so I asked her about it. I thought it was a long way from small engine repair to pianist. Sarah said that if I had a piano, she would play a bit. Again, Wow! For the next half hour, Sarah played for my Wife & me. She was fantastic! Classical, Pop, Jazz, etc. We even requested some songs and she knew them, all without any sheet music. Unbelievable! I thought that the price was a little high but after all, this was a "House Call", on short notice and handled same day. To me that was worth the extra to get another item checked off my winter preparation list! This was, quite possibly, the best service experience I have ever had! Sarah cleaned out the dirty filter, cleaned and rebuilt the carburetor, drained all fluids from engine, changed the oil, replaced spark plug and the machine started on the first pull of the cord. She was thoroughly knowledgeable of the product and had all necessary parts on her truck which she refers to as "her hospital." Excellent work and I would use her again. Sarah advertisers same day service at your home. This was great so that I did not have to transport my leaf blower to some repair center and wait days for it to be repaired. She lives up to her advertising.

I've used Sarah to service my lawnmowers an small equipment for several years and always have had great service. But this was incredible that on a Saturday afternoon (about 4:45 PM), she was in my driveway within 20 minutes of my call. She revived the mower and did a quick service while she was there. I HIGHLY recommend her. What could be easier than someone who is so responsive and who does such a great job!

I contacted Sarah from Rollin Lawnmower Repair when my Yamaha generator failed to start. Sarah came to my house and found that a clogged fuel jet and a bridged spark plug was causing the starting problem and promptly made the repair in under an hour. Sarah was professional and courteous during the entire experience.

Sarah is a true professional and knows what she is doing. She took the time to explain what she was doing as she worked on both mowers, paying attention to every detail and providing me with preventative care tips. Sarah would also let you know when certain servicing was not necessary at that time, which reduced my original cost quoted. Refreshing to have a professional that takes care of the machinery, are honest about what work is necessary, and takes care of the client. I would highly recommend Rollin again to anyone without hesitation. The fee was worth the service provided.

Sarah was great. After calling her and explaining what was wrong with my mower Sarah informed me that she would be able to walk me through the repair over the phone, which would be quicker than scheduling a visit to my house (South Rockland County) since she had a full schedule for the day. Sarah guaranteed that she could guide me over the phone otherwise there would be no charge. LET ME TELL YOU, SARAH KNOWS HER STUFF! In about 15 minutes I had the mower up and running. Perfect. The owner arrived when scheduled. She checked out the engine and adjusted it and gave me some tips on keeping it running smoothly. She straightened out the auger. As she comes to your place it is very convenient. This is the second time I have used her and I fully recommend her.

I initially spoke with Sarah yesterday about getting my snow blower tuned up for the season as I went to use it the other day when we received our first snowfall and had trouble starting it up (and I am not normally this late in doing this). She was very professional as past reviews from others said she was and took my information and said she is very booked but would be in my area in a day or so and would call me from the road if she could get make time for the work considering all the jobs she has lined up. I told her I was appreciative for that and I understood either way. She called today and I met her an hour later at my home as I was out. All I can say is she is VERY Professional, courteous and had no hesitation with what she is doing to fix my snow blower. She has been doing this quite some time and by the way she was working it was evident. She takes a lot of pride in her work and made sure my machine was running the way it should be and a complete check was done on everything (I needed a sheer pin also). Just a nice experience, very friendly person and can see why she has as many positive reviews as she has. Will be using her in the spring for a maintenance check on my generator.

Good, fixed within 10 min. I had done everything I could think of to fix it. The battery was providing 12V but not when it was stressed. That is why it didn't start.

very helpful, very knowledgable and only would charge if service rendered the phone call was extremely educational and unfortunately we didn't get a start but ruled out all the most likely culprits

Called about having the belts changed on my snow blower the drive belt and auger belt .Spoke with Sarah about what I needed done and answering a few questions about the blower she informed me she was just finishing another job and she could come over today and do the work. She called me when she was on her way over. She did the job and took the time to explain what she was doing, gave me some pointers on my blower adjusted some items that needed to be adjusted. A real pleasure to deal with very knowledgeable would recommend her to anybody glad I found her.

Rollin does not repair electric mowers, which was disappointing, but Sarah spent about 20 minutes on the phone troubleshooting the problem with me. We determined that the mower's switch was at fault, and not any of the circuits or cords I was using, which gave me enough information to return it to the store. Since she was not able to solve the problem, she didn't charge me anything.

This mower is very old but Sara was able to get it working after changing the spark plug,cleaning it, and several attempts to start it . I was hoping to be able to get through this summer without getting a new mower and I have! Sara gave me a recommendation for a new mower as well.
