Excellent. Did all the things I wanted. Took her time. Gave me some tips about using the snow blower and lawn mower. Did not perform or charge for any unnecessary work. Came when she said she would. I could not ask for more. I will not call anyone else in the future.

I called Sarah after 7 in the evening, and she was at my house in 15 minutes. She walked me through each step of the process and found the reason my lawn mower was not running. Sarah was GREAT With storm coming decided to make sure the snow blower started and as luck would have it, it did not. First called Sears service where I bought it but they could not come until next week. Found Rollin on Angie's List and based on positive reviews decided to call. Best decision I could have made. Sarah picked up right away and turns out she was just finishing a job nearby. Although completely booked she stopped by and had me up and running in no time. Took the time to explain what was wrong and what I could do to prevent issues in future. She was very knowledgeable and took great care to make sure driveway was kept clean. I would highly recommend and would use her again in the future.

Sarah was awesome! She was booked for the week, so she scheduled a phone call to troubleshoot and repair my dead snowblower. When she called, she took the details of the machine and the exact trouble I was having. She walked me through everything in fine detail, and even ensured that I wouldn't freeze my hands from the cold gasoline. After about 10 minutes, she figured out what the problem was, and walked me through how to fix it. Within another 10 minutes, everything was working fine. Sarah is very knowledgeable, has a great sense of humor, and was a pleasure to work with. She provides a great service at a great price, and is super convenient with both house calls and telephone assistance. Highly recommended!

Great- normally doesn't come to our county but willing to come same day for slightly higher service charge for the distance. She patiently explained what we were doing wrong and provided tips. She didn't mind that I took notes/photos to remember a few tips later. The price seemed high at first but worth it considering we were making some major mistakes like putting too much oil in and then not draining the oil and letting it run out of gas at the end of the season. Highly recommend her!

Rollin Lawn Mower oiled everything, replaced the spark plug, and even filled the tank with premium gas. Plus they came to our home and did the work on the spot, rather than us having to lug the machine to a shop and then return at a later date to pick it up. Wasn't cheap, but for the convenience and professionalism, it was a good value. Would us again.

Sarah is the consummate professional. She's knowledgable, organized and extremely good at what she does. After arranging for the appointment, she followed up with a phone call the day of. Then she called when she was leaving for the appointment so I could better plan for her arrival time. Really just going that extra step for her customers. Sarah set up in the street, just in case there was spillage - which there wasn't. But I appreciated the extra care she took with my driveway. She respected that I keep my property neat and she kept it that way. She then went over every inch of the snow blower, tuning, tightening and adjusting. And best of all, she explained everything she was doing so I could understand it. Really tremendous. I really liked that she didn't perform work that wasn't necessary. The oil definitely needed changing, so she did that. But the spark plug looked in good shape, so she didn't change it out. I like that. She then started it up and tuned it so that it sounded like a kitten purring. In fact, better than when I bought it new. I hate snow - and I hope I don't need it this winter - but I'm ready if I do. And the concert was just amazing. That this woman can fix a snow blower and then perform some incredible jazz piano pieces - genuinely a renaissance woman. I can highly recommend her.

Sarah explained her fees for doing a house call vs instructing me over the phone. Both prices seemed reasonable. I chose phone as there was no charge if we did not get the unit running, and I'm somewhat handy with thing once I know what I'm supposed to do although in this case anyone could easily have followed her instructions. Sarah was wonderful. She returned my call immediately and set up an appointment for the very next day. She called me to let me know when she would be arriving and showed up as scheduled on time. As a favor she also looked at our power washer to see if it could be salvaged and she saved us time and effort by telling us that it would cost more to fix it than it was worth. This was a 20 year old Honda mower that had stored for two years and recently left our in the rain on more than one occasion. Sara was fantastic. She came to my house on the day I called. She found out I had no oil in my machine and fill it. She found a spring to fix the self propelled. She sharpened my motor's blade and grease different parts. Sara also instructed me how to care for my lawnmower. I will definitely call her again. I called and the phone was answered on the first try! That alone is a milestone. Sarah explained the costs thoroughly and clearly. She came within an hour or so and performed the needed repairs. The mower is running like new. Excellent service - very professional. And so convenient. Several years ago I tried using a local repair shop for a lawn mower tune-up and was told I had to bring it to the shop (exactly how do you transport a lawn mower in a car?) and it would take about 4-6 weeks (seriously?). Unbelievable service! I called and left a message on a Saturday, my call was returned that same day. She explained that the base price would be $99, and that parts would be extra. I was thrilled, as that would be the same price Sears would charge and I would have to bring the mower to Sears and leave it there. As an older woman, without a SUV, the idea of putting the lawn mower in the car was daunting. Rollin Lawn Mower Repair was able to provide a service call the next day at my home? on a Sunday!!! She came in van, and wheeled my lawn mower to the "hospital" as she called it. She checked over my lawn mower, which I had not used for 3 years!. She did a complete and thorough maintenance on the mower, and after almost 2 months, since i had the service, it still works great! She also taught me things about the lawn mower that I needed to know. She was knowledgeable, friendly, kind and honest. After we knew the lawn mower worked well, she offered to play a song on my piano. She played really well? so talented, so entertaining. I not only got my lawn mower completely serviced, and fixed at my home, my daughter and i had a private piano concert by an accomplished musician and all around nice person.
