He was on time. He told me what needed to be done. I think I paid for the quote which would have been taken off the dealing if I had subsequently done the work. He is professional.

On The Spot Home Improvements is very clean, meaning they clean up after themselves at the end of the day. They have been getting work done as promised. I am very pleased with all of that. One of the services that they outsourced was a very poor company that they chose to outsource to and On The Spot Home Improvements is doing what they can to make it up to me. I don't think they are taking advantage of me regarding the price but it is more money than I expected in the first place.

Despite a rocky start, On The Spot came on strong at the end and finished the job to our total satisfaction. Long delays and poor communication in the beginning kept me from giving them an A rating, but their management stepped up and made the personnel changes required to get the job done right. Our house now looks beautiful and that is what matters most. A thank you to Elijah and Sergio for making it happen.

I liked the products that they used. I did not like the fact that they sub-contracted out the work.

They arrived on time and set right to work cleaning the gutters. It took a very short time and they were done. No problems with any of the work they did.

They did an OK job, but had to call them back to redo some areas.

Found other company that can do this kind of work.

The company did not follow through with their stated deal. Angie's List, on the other hand, was extremely responsive.

Purchased a living social coupon. It took me a few attempts to reach someone. The appointment wasn't until a few weeks later and they did not make the time so I needed to reschedule. They were later the next appointment as well. Once arrived they were professional and did a nice job.

Found them expensive for the work performed. Would not use them again.

The service turned out very well. They honored the coupon and the workers were on time and very professional. I would give them a 9 out of 10.

They were quiet expensive probably 33% higher than those that I had previously. They were very responsive except that they provided high price. They did a very good job but they have the highest price that I have ever seen compared from the other quotes.

I used On The Spot to fix it. I've used them a couple of times. They finished the closet and patched up the rough spots around the windows. They also did a gorgeous painting job to finish it all off. I was very pleased with the work that they did and with the interactions that I had with them.

As a result of the project they had to make floor, wall and outside siding repairs to match the remaining room. They were creative in making the replacement pieces of siding work so it is undetectable that there was ever a stove pipe sticking out of the wall. Inside they went above and beyond by reinsulating the exterior wall they were working on and then while running a quick supply errand at Home Depot they had paint mixed to match our existing paint in the room and then painted the wall they just repaired (not part of our original contract). They were prompt and cleaned up every speck before leaving. They did a great job! Our front step repair went OK. We did have them back to fix something we noticed was overlooked but they came the day that I called to correct it...no delay at all.

The cleaner was cooperative and did a good job.

The price was good; it was competitive. They showed up, they did the job and they were neat and clean.

On the Spot is good about answering calls, and scheduling appointments. I had hired them a year ago after receiving a coupon through Angies List from their company. In that promotion, they had advertised a fee which seemed reasonable to me. When I called to schedule the first house washing, they looked at a satellite photo of my house and announced that the fee would be quite a bit more because of the size of my house. (I live in a typical high ranch, approx. 2500 sq. ft.). With the coupon applied, it still seemed like a good deal, so I agreed to have the service performed. I felt that the first service was performed well, the crew was courteous and arrived on time as scheduled. It seemed like a thorough job. Based on that prior experience, I hired them again this year (no coupon, just a $25 reduction was offered). Again, the crew of two young men arrived on time. I was a bit surprised at how quickly they did the work. They did not power wash the exterior of the gutters as had been done the previous year, and they remain dirty. I suspect that no detergent was used in the process, but have no absolute proof of this. The price was much higher than I am ever prepared to pay again for this type of work. I will not hire them again.

Kevin the owner was very nice and easy to work with...they did an excellent job installing the fence and addressed all my concerns. I got 3 estimates and they beat out the competitors by a mile.

day one: a crew demolished the old porch.day two: the same crew from day one framed out new walls using ample wood for the constructionday three: began to vinyl side the new construction, inside and outside day four: aluminum sided all bare wood surfaces, inclusing support posts. day five: installed custom made windows and door. The new porch is now completely maintenance free.

They were very good. They always answered my questions and were very helpful.
