Thank you for replying so quickly and coming to my home same day. We had an emergency roof leak in the middle of a multi day rain storm. Tony went to buy a huge tarp to cover the damaged portion of my roof until he could come back to begin the repairs. We re very pleased with the work and Customer service !!! I had an excellent experience with this company from start to finish. I had a terrible roof leak on the weekend and they still showed up quickly to take a look at it. I felt I got an honest, professional assessment of the work that was needed and the proposal was very clearly broken down so I could see exactly what I would be paying for (a rare thing and very much appreciated). They were very pleasant to deal with and communication during the project was great. I am very happy with the results and equally happy to highly recommend them.

The experience of having a roof installed on a home that is attached to a neighbor has all the pitfalls that could negatively affect your relationship with your neighbor. As well as affecting the other neighbors because parking is at a premium at this city location. AAA eliminated those pitfalls by performing in such an efficient manner that the work performed was accomplished in a single day minimizing the pain to our neighbors. As for the quality of the workmanship, Tonyâ s crew was as professional as they come. They were polite and responsive to my requests. Tony was professional in performing his oversite to ensure me that my neighbors home was as good or better than when the roof work was started. Tony was quick to respond to whatever I asked of them. These individuals demonstrated Triple Aâ s customer-focused culture and professionalism in all aspects of their job, be it workmanship, communication, or customer service. The overall experience was performed flawlessly and met or exceeded my expectations.

They did an excellent job with installing a new skylight into my house, the lady on the phone was very professional and answered any questions that I asked. If you want a lifetime roof done right with no worries for the rest of your life, then go with AAA. Their Timberline HD lifetime roof system is the best in the industry. Tony was great. He called after the roof was complete to assure me that if I ever had a problem with the roof, to give AAA a call. The install took 1.5 days and the cleanup was very thorough. Its all about the details and AAA delivered the details with great customer service. I could not be happier with the process and the results. If you don't go with AAA, you're not getting the best value for your dollar, IMO. AAA will be my go-to source for any future needs. Thanks AAA.

They were excellent to work with. They were clear about the estimate, gave us an install date and came when they said. They were very efficient and clean around the work area. They stayed within our budget and got the job done without any fuss. I would recommend them for your house repairs.

Shotty work, grossly over charged, left the debris around my house. Some materials used were not new. Used customer materials instead of their own.

When you call for an estimate on replacing your roof, not many roofers are going to tell you you don't actually need to replace it. We bought the house thinking the roof was 18 years old, but when Tony got up there, he found that it almost certainly wasn't original and it had at least 5 more years in it. That's someone you can really trust! I can't thank Tony enough for his honesty and professionalism.

We had a great experience with AAA Roofing, they were prompt, communicative, and personable. Our replacement roof was due to an insurance claim, and AAA was very knowledgeable about the process of working with the insurance company. They touched base often along the way to make sure things were moving smoothly. They even caught an error made by the adjuster in his gutter calculations and documented his findings with pictures that we were able to submit back to then insurance company. His catch saved us nearly $250. We are very happy with our roof and gutters and would definitely recommend AAA Roofing to our friends.

Everything went very smooth. Tony came out right away to provide an estimate and was a big help with selecting the right color and type of shingles for our home. Every question we had was promptly answered and once the work was scheduled the team arrived and performed the work exactly as it was explained to us. Tony was very responsive from first phone call through the end of the work. He worked with us as too materials we desired, gave us choices and was willing to work with us when we stepped outside the standard. His crew showed up on time, was both professional and personable, and efficiently finished the job in the time stated. The finished product was of high quality and we were totally satisfied.

Put on roof within a week of signing contract. Very professional and courteous. Worked quickly. Had prior issues with roof leaking around chimney, owner of company, Tonny, assured chimney would not leak with new roof. They were due to put the roof on a Monday but called and advised they would do it on Friday because of a bad storm approaching and did not want to see the roof leak any further.

we hired them to install a new roof and new soffits (the poor design of the Home Advisor website does not allow us to note that). The price was very reasonable, the work was high quality, the job was done very fast (the roof took only one day), the team were helpful, they cleaned up well after the job - we recommend them highly.

The whole experience was Top Notch!, from the salesperson to the installers. The quote was very fair. The crew worked so fast, I did not realize when they had finished. They cleaned up all the debris and left me with a beautiful new roof.

I hired AAA to fix a small leak in my roof. As the were removing old material from around my chimney they discovered the last person(s) I hired did a cheap sloppy job and found that my chimney needed major repairs. They totally helped me out and had the leaks fixed and the chimney rebuilt from the roof line up by the next day. And with the terrible weather we had here in NJ it was just in time. I highly recommend AAA Roofing.

These guys really helped me out in a pinch. I can't express enough how thankful I am. I have a new construction home, and through a series of storms found out the roof was not installed as well as it should have been. Luckily, Tony came out and was able to fix the roof of the house, and took pictures of other problems he saw on the roof for an EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE and fair price. I was shocked, but thankful. I am already planning on calling them to take care of some other issues once rainy is over.

They exceeded my expectations, very courteous and professional and knowledgeable about their product. Purchasing a new roof is a big job, and not something I do lightly. I want a good product and service to go with it, obviously a company that will stand behind it's work and AAA roofing offered this type of service.
