Anthony came through, asked for a down payment ($2100). Gave me an overall price of work costing $3800. Upon paying the down payment(foolishly) he made a power play for work that would cost $23,000. I promptly cancelled and moved on. Never ever make a down payment on promised work. Lesson learned. Would not recommend, and slow to trust anyone again

I hired AAA Roofing approximately a year ago to address a persistent leak originating from above my fireplace. Tony, the representative, proposed fixing the chimney crown and replacing the flashing, quoting $3000 for the job. However, what followed was an ordeal that left me out of pocket and with a worsened problem. Initially, Tony assured me of quality workmanship, promising to properly rebuild the crown by removing the current one and creating a new, sturdy structure. Unfortunately, what ensued was a rush job using subpar materials. Within weeks, the cheap cement Tony used began to deteriorate, causing it to run down the chimney and exacerbating the leak. Despite several return visits from Tonys team to redo the flashing and inspect the issue, the problem persisted. Tony then suggested replacing the roof, insisting on an additional $9000 for a replacement. Trusting his expertise, I agreed, only to find the situation deteriorate further. Despite my attempts to reach out, Tony has since become unreachable, leaving me with over $15,000 in expenses, still a terrible leak, two large holes in my ceiling and wall and a legal battle on my hands. In summary, my experience with AAA Roofing has been nothing short of a nightmare. While Tony presents himself as honest and knowledgeable, the reality is far from it. Their work lacks skill and attention to detail, and they seem quick to pass on responsibility to subcontractors without being held accountable for the shoddy workmanship. For anyone considering hiring this company, I strongly advise against it. Learn from my costly mistake and steer clear of AAA Roofing.

AAA owner Tonny took my deposit $1000. 00 on April 21 2023 it is been 39 days since I have been waiting for the fence to be built he promised that the fence would take one day only I am still waiting for him to return my deposit $1000.00

Our neighbor referred AAA to us for replacing our 30 year old roof. The Technician did a great job! They showed up promptly every day, cleaned up before leaving daily, even rented a porta potty. This just shows how much the technician cares about his employees and respect his clients. If you want an honest and reasonable quote, call him!

I highly recommend AAA for the work they did for us. We were in a real rush to get our roof repaired, and the owner responded to our inquiry right away, came over the next day to give us an estimate, and then squeezed us in to repair our leaky roof before a big rainstorm arrived. When he was repairing our roof, he found more broken tiles and damage to the chimney, so he repaired that for us as well. I was really pleased with his service - very prompt, cleaned everything up, very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend this company.

AAA was a pleasure. Thank you to the crew for your time and energy on my roof. I called them on at 1pm and got back to me asap. They came out to my house around 4pm on the same day, i was honestly surprised because it was so quick. Their prices were fair and they were honest about my roof and the work that needed to be done. I had a very good experience with this company. From beginning to end of job. They arranged their scheduled to meet my schedule was and showed up exactly the time they said they would. I was met with courtesy and respect. They gave me a fair written estimate immediately. Once I acepted the estimate the crew showed up the next day. They were all very friendly and professional. They completed the roof in one day, 3 hours to be exact. It looks beautiful and passed inspection with flying colors

Customer service was amazing! Unlike the big roofing companies where you get transferred from one department to anther and then get put on hold or need to leave a message after speaking with the receptionist, No sales talk. Just tells you what wrong and what needed. I emailed him one Monday night about 9 pm about a concern on the contract he wrote and they responded with a phone call in 10 minutes. Definitely would hire again for future roofing issues.

Great experience. Benny fixed the leak, even though he really did not have any openings the day I called. He just wanted to stop it raining into the house. Then they came back out and did all the repair work on time a few days later, as arranged. Fast, efficient, but also genuinely interested in helping you out. I cannot say enough about these guys.

The crew did an amazing job from start to finish. When we had questions during the build and called the office, the owner came out to us and personally walked around the site with my husband to answer questions. He could have just called back but he went the extra mile to actually see us and see the work to make sure everything was all right. We have other projects to complete around our house and will be using them again. We were very happy with their service.

These guys really helped me out in a pinch. I canâ t express enough how thankful I am. I have a new construction home, and through a series of storms found out the roof was not installed as well as it should have been. Luckily, the technician came out and was able to fix the roof of the house, and took pictures of other problems he saw on the roof for an EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE and fair price. I was shocked, but thankful. I am already planning on calling them to take care of some other issues once rainy is over.

They arrived promptly on time and start working hard from the beginning of the work. They were so well organized so there werenâ t any mistakes or issues. We had a great experience with AAA Roofing, they were prompt, communicative, and personable. Our replacement roof was due to an insurance claim, and AAA was very knowledgeable about the process of working with the insurance company. They touched base often along the way to make sure things were moving smoothly. They even caught an error made by the adjuster in his gutter calculations and documented his findings with pictures that we were able to submit back to then insurance company. His catch saved us nearly $250. We are very happy with our roof and gutters and would definitely recommend AAA Roofing to our friends.
