They come and do the work. They have a good website and the work is okay.

We have been using them for 2 years and they do a good job. The fertilization and weed control is definetely helping. I would recommend this company to anyone. The price is competitive for the amount of work they do.

They take care of my yard, and they have extra services as well. You can pay all at once, so you get a discount, or you can pay for different services. They have taken great care of my yard, and I don't have any spiders in my house, and I hate spiders. They do a good job. I have dogs, so they always call me ahead of time, so that I can take care of my dogs. I just need to keep my dogs off of the yard after they do the treatment, but once it is dry, it is safe for animals and kids. Their price is competitive with any other company. I don't think they are overly priced, and I don't think they are the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I had a couple of trouble spots in my yard with weed, and all I had to was call them, and they came out and applied their treatment. If they have missed a weed or something, they don't charge you extra to come back out.

I've been using them for 3 or 4 years. I'm satisfied with their service. It was satisfactory.

Scheduling could have been better. I wanted to be home when the service was done, but they seemed unable to call the day before. Apparently the technicians get their assignments in the morning and can call then, but that was too late for me. The work itself was excellent. The technician was friendly and happy to accommodate my requests, and covered all the yard, into the corners. The overseeding was ample and he was generous with handfuls of seed where the machine did not reach well.

So far, so good. This is the first full year I've used them. They are prompt and they come the same day every month. They do the entire area and I can see the results almost immediately with weeds dying and stuff like that. I will continue to use them.

They are great and leave detailed messages. very good price for the service they provide they care and it shows

I actually don't really see the guy that showed up. They do the things, they put their service out and leave me a note what they think need to be done or something like that, so far so good. They haven't done anything wrong but it's a little pricey.

I'm very happy with them. They were prompt and on time. They come when they say they're going to come. My lawn shows that it's being done right because it's the best it has ever looked.

I had been a long-time customer of Scott's Lawn Service until this year. The customer service had deteriorated as did the quality of their product - weeds were constantly present after treatments. They wanted me back and offered me a deal to return so I reluctantly agreed on the condition that they call me the day before any planned treatments so I would be sure to leave my dogs in the house and unlock the gate. The guy that renewed my contract assured me that he had included those instructions and even read them back to me after he typed them into the computer. Scott's came to my house TWICE while I was at work, each time leaving me a note saying they were unable to treat my yard because my dogs were in the backyard!!! They NEVER called the day before. When I called to see what the problem was, they said there were no instructions to call the day before. I have cancelled my service AGAIN and have no plans to ever use their services in the future.

They come out periodically for the treatment of my lawn. It was good. I had some complains last year but I haven't had any bad experiences with them this year. I had issues with them and I got a call from the customer department wanted to make things right with me and offered me some more lawn treatments and this last long treatment was a good one.

I think they are worth the price. They treat your lawn through the spring and summer. My grass looks the greenest it has been. My plant look healthy now. They leave you a paper explaining what they did. They also advise you on what you can use on your lawn on issues that they notice. They show up when they say they will.

Quick service and complete. Added fertilizer and weed control. Serviceman was friendly, polite, well groomed and dressed.

Good company to deal with-professional and responsive.

I have hired a new company to take care of the lawn treatments. I was very pleased with their first lawn fertilization so far. He was a good man and knew his business. The direct communication with the office has been great too in regards to some charges. I am looking forward to the next application.

RATING IS MINUS F!!!!! A woman just came to my home to solicit services for your company. When I told her ,"No, Thank you." She made the point to tell me that weeds are taking over my yard and they could take care of it. I told her no and closed the door. I am EXTREMELY INSULTED! Maybe there is a reason the lawn does not look the best, such as being in and out of the hospital for months due to life threatening health issues with family and not having respite care and funds being limited due to healthcare, transportation, etc. What's next? Scott coming to tell me to get services to take care of my family because it's apparent that I'm not doing a good job?!! You can't possibly know how I am feeling. I suggest that your company train their representatives to show more respect when they try to interact with potential clients.

This was a disaster. Nearly every time they came, there was a problem. First, they treated the lawn about 30 minutes before it poured rain for the next 6 hours. I called and asked them why they would do that, and they said "don't worry, it dries fast, it will work." Three weeks later, all the same weeds and dandelions were still growing strong. I called them again and they sent someone out to re-treat the lawn. During the middle of the summer, we noticed that there were "crop circle" like patterns of burned out grass throughout the lawn. None of our neighbors had anything like it. So I called them and they sent someone out a few days later. That person said there was nothing wrong, and that we should try to water those areas with some extra water! (The rest of the lawn was dark green, so I'm not sure why he thought lack of water was an issue.) A month later, after another treatment, even more areas of the lawn started to become burned out, again in circular patterns. I had two other companies stop by to do a lawn analysis and make recommendations and both said I had overfertilized patches of the lawn and burned them out. (I didn't tell them that I was using a service.) I called Scotts again again had them come out, and they assured me it would all grow back, just keep watering! At the end of the season, they came out for the fall treatment and aeration. When they were done, we saw only a handful of places where they made holes. All our neighbors had lots of visible places after they had their lawn aerated. We called and again they sent someone out to do it right. It is now spring, and the lawn still has a lot of damage, with crop circles scattered throughout. We'll fix it ourselves this year, as I don't trust Scottslawn to come near my home again. The single worst company I've ever dealt with in my home.

We've been using them for 2 years and our neighbor had used them. We've been very satisfied but the only thing is that, sometimes they don't call us and ask us if want something done, they just come out and do it which is most of the time it's okay but I prefer that they would call us more often and not assume and come out to do it.

It went well. They always call when they need. Everything was fine.

I have been with Scotts lawnservice for years now, because my mother recommended them. Over the past 2 years the weeds started creeping back in, but last year they got worse. Now, I have dallisgrass taking over my back lawn (after complaining for well over a year about it), dollar weeds, and dandelions are all over the front lawn. My yard looks just as bad as those that don't pay for lawn care. As of right now, I would not recommend this company. Several houses in my neighborhood have amazing lawns, all serviced by Weed Man. Not sure what they do differently, but I will be finding out.

I have used them every year for the last few years. They are probably going to do a treatment here again within the next month. The treatment is within $200 to $250 but it depends on what you get and how much that costs. They have done a very good job. Last season, I was having problems with one part of my yard and they sent out their manager and one of their higher end folks to take a look at it and they actually provided a complementary service in that particular area and another part of the yard that was having the same problems. I have been very satisfied with their service and that is why I keep using them. Basically, they stand by their product. They are responsive, consistent and fair priced. Everybody could do better with the pricing I guess, but I have been happy with them. I do not think that there is anything negative about them. I would give them A's on every category from customer satisfaction to the people that they send out here.

My experience has gone very well. The staff is professional and knowledgeable in their field. The pricing is competitive and I would recommend this company to others.

Before the winter season, our lawn was in good shape.
