They are good and seemed fine. They are very fine. The service man will come the day before to inform when they are coming and they also leave a voice mail.

They did a good, were responsive to our requests and always got back to me In a timely manner whenever I had questions or concerns regarding our lawn and its maintenance.

They were unable to control the weeds in my yard. I called for them to come back, and they did, but they stil were unable to get rid of all of the weeds after an entire season. I went and bought a spray bottle of weed killer and was able to get rid of the weeds myself.

They had a very comprehensive service but their responsiveness and communication was poor. They also left messes and damaged my lawn.

I have been using Scotts Lawn Service for three years now and they do an excellent job. I am very happy with their service, the results are very good. They have turned my sparse weed lawn into a healthy green lawn.

They come out monthly. Just one man comes out to do the fertilization. I don't have a very big lawn. It takes him 30 minutes. Their prices are comparable with other people. They just started. They've been here twice. They're here. They do their thing and they go. One or two times I had a question and they responded right away. They usually call and tell me what day they're coming and they're here on that day. They leave a good note of what they've done and what needs to be done if I need to do anything. So I think their professionalism is good. I've talked to a couple of people at times and they seem to know their business.

They did very good with the dandelions and weeds and stuff. If you sign up for a certain thing, they automatically sign you up for the next year. So people want to make sure that they cancel or put a hold on it, which is what I did this summer. I told them, "Do not start again until after contacting me." Their service is good. I have nothing wrong with their service. The price just went up. It's $55 per visit with six visits per season. I guess, it's reasonable for us. It's pretty comparable to the other services out there. They do good quality work. So I called them back.

I responded to their ad. Young man out from Gatesville to my home in Waco. He provided me with written information that sounded like what I needed: routine weed applications & regular fertilization from March throughout the growing season until Sept. I said yes & signed a contract agreeing to about 4 applications a year. This fella said he is the son of the owner. He did not impress me with his seeming incompetence & lack of enthusiasm. But I allowed him to proceed since I liked the Plan and the price was right. He did show up 3 more times in 2013 but only after repeated calls from me to remind him time for application. I decided, in 2014, to wait & see how long he would take to show up. Finally, in May, I gave up & called him. That was the last time I saw him I wonder if he didn't like making the trip to Waco? Now, in 2015, I have tried to contact 3 times on-line, leaving a message to please call me back asap No response. So I'm now in process of finding new lawn care service.

I guess it went fine, I haven't heard my husband complain.

We pay for it annually. The price is pretty high but they do a good job. We had a bad grub infestation at one time before we were using them and they got rid of that.

We have used them for a couple years now and I thought they did a fairly nice job though I last year we had to call them back for weed control a couple times. I found the company to be annoying. They would call all the time, or at least it felt that way. I don't mind a reminder call when they are coming to make sure my dog was put up but they called to up sell or something. I quit answering all their calls and Iwould return the call if it was important. They also applied fertilizer this spring without my permission. I found that to be rude and presumptuous. I am looking for a new lawn care company.

A couple of our other neighbors have switched from other companies to them. It went well, at one time we had a problem with one of the guys but they called in and made it up for us. They left the area fine. They come whenever they are due to come.

Its been okay. Nothing is a big standout. I've used them for the last two years. I did a yearly program with them. When you call in, you actually get to talk with somebody. If what they did wasn't right, they come back out and make sure its right.

I have and have had an annual contract with Scott's Lawn Service for several years. My contract includes fertilzation and weed control. They come at certain intervals, leave me a report of what they have done and have always been responsive when I have called. I have used Scott's products since 1973 and have found them reliable.

We have had this service for over three years. Within the first two applications we saw a big difference. By the end of the first season, we went from having a huge backyard full of nothing but weeds to an amazing, weed-free, tick-free backyard that was so incredible-looking that it was one of the features that attracted a buyer to our home. The company and the technicians were always immediately responsive to any concerns and they were always very friendly. Just remember to always mow your grass at the height the technician recommends. 99% of customers don't do this. It makes a huge difference.

My experience with them was good. It was hard to get into his schedule. They are really busy.

We have been using them for a couple of years. They come out once a month in the spring, summer and fall. They are fine to work with.

They leave messages and say, "We're coming out." and I say, "Oh." They're a big company. So if they do something I don't like, I can get back with them and get things fixed.

My grass lawn turned brown despite recommended watering.. Scott's owner was not only totally unresponsive but (imho) fairly arrogant and blamed everything other than their service. I switched to another lawn service and within 30 days my lawn was green again. Even getting a refund of my remaining pre-paid service fee required a ridiculous amount of near daily phone calls, a refund that is mandated by law for pre-paid service companies.

I was not seeing any improvement in the yard. I had to call them back to come and reapply an application, but it still never worked. I canceled the service with them.
