Description of Work: I did not like that could only schedule an appointment between Monday-Friday and blocks of 4 hours. No weekend appointments available. I scheduled an appointment from 12pm-4pm. Left work early at 11am and arrived home at 11:36am. Plumber did not show until 5:06pm. I had to cancel a 6pm appointment due to their late arrival.

Description of Work: Installed a brand new Geo-Thermal Hot water heater in a new location. Team had to run power and plumbing to support. Owner (Chris Stanch) even stopped by to check on progress and provided training on operating the unit. Very impressed and we saw a reduction on our electric bill in the next billing cycle. First place I'll ever call in the future.
