Description of Work: Unclogged main sanitary drain clogged at house trap. Had sewage backed up into the basement. They came out after 10pm on a Sunday night but a car was parked over the vent so they gad to come back the next morning. Then they had to call a guy with the water jet to clear the drain. After about six hours, they finally had it cleared. They scoped the line and said the trap was misaligned and it should be excavated and replaced. They tried very hard to sell me the repair service which was pricey and i don't think it is was as necessary as they made it sound. Hasn't had any trouble since. Other than the hard sell, they did a great job clearing the tough clog.

Description of Work: Unclog the main drain to the public system. His equipment was falling apart and he was duct taping it together. Broke off a piece of my ceramic tile getting the equipment downstairs. Could not wait for him to leave.

Description of Work: We had a pipe crack on the street and they came and fixed it and also sent a crew into the house to clean up the water inside (fans, ultraviolet lights, cut and rip up the wet flooring, etc). They were courteous and quick. They also came back on time to pick up the equipment a few days later. I can't comment on the pricing. I thought $6,000 was a lot of money to pay to take care of the pipe, but I don't know if it's comparable. The clean up was $6800 and covered by insurance.
