Description of Work: I've had Roto Rooter come out on four seperate occasions. I had concerns about four toilets, a sink and the main water valve. I'm still having issues with these problems. The first person that came out installed the wrong part on one of the toilets, and diagnosed the problem with the main water valve incorrectly. He had suggested that he could come back to fix it, but I called Roto Rooter and they said they could send another person out the next day. He ended up billing me incorrectly. I had told Roto Rooter about it and it appears that they aren't going to do anything about it. The second person that came over couldn't do the work that day, it had gotten kind of late.
