We think it's gone. They are coming out to follow up april 15th. We haven't heard it for a while. They were very, very, thorough. They were giving us tips about other potential pest problems and prevention.

I am very happy with this experience! They are very detailed and thorough and go above and beyond. As a bonus they repaired some damage done to my trim (no extra cost). Dean is super nice and professional! They were here earlier than expected (and called to make sure that was ok). The whole experience made my week! Oh, the price I paid for these guys was certainly less than the price I've paid for insect inspection, removal, and repair. Ad these guys were here for 3 hours or more. It seems more than fair!

They were very quick and they gave me the estimate in two minutes. They didn?t put me on hold or on an answering machine. Their price was too high for the inspection and so I went with another company that was cheaper.

They were very informative over the phone when I was describing my issue. Scheduled an appointment and the technician that came out was extremely knowledgable and answered every one of my questions. He did an extremely thorough job and I was very happy with everything. The tech told us what to expect for a couple of days after applying their product. We saw a slight increase in ant activity as they were attracted to the bait and then a couple of days after that - nothing. Not one ant since.Needless to say we were extremely satisfied. I signed up for their annual plan and don't expect any drop off in service.

It was a very pleasant experience. There was no condescension on the part of the rep for any of the questions that I asked. I felt that I'd made an informed choice when I bought the one year service.

They are highly professional, they do the job, and they get it done.

Examined house for evidence of squirrel entry. Examined basement and attic for evidence of mice. Sealed possible flying squirrel entry. Placed child and pet safe mouse bait stations.

I haven't done anything with them because the quote was a bit high. They have been professional and courteous. There were no issues with their interaction with me.

He was very careful and made sure there were no chemical odors that could harm my 101 year old mother. He packed stuff for us very nicely and took care of her dry cleaning. He was discreet and respectful. He did a free service of inspecting my own apartment and he was very personable. His name is Gerald Smith.

They were on time and did what was needed. They came quickly and were professional.

Great - They arrived on time, told us what we were going to do, and completed the work faster than estimated.

Squirrels being particularly attached to their homes, this was a project that originally evolved over several months, so I got to know the company owners and employees well. They were unfailingly courteous and compassionate, sympathizing with my early morning calls of "They're back". How can I say this? - they were also compassionate to the squirrels. The issue was removal, not extermination. By the same token, they foster safe practices for their own employees. And they respect our property. With this measure of satisfaction I have contracted with Dial Pest Control for all possible pest control issues.....and we never have surprises. Home inspections and preventive maintenance are regular parts of the job. This is one of the few contractors of any kind that I have found to be completely trustworthy, and I feel I get my money's worth.

THEY ALWAYS STICK TO THE PRICE QUOTE THAT THEY GIVE TO ME. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY & I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS IN MY AREA IN A HEARTBEAT.
