Too soon to say if the one time service for $325 will fix theproblem. Can say that Chuck was very professional and and patient in explaining what he was doing inside and outside as he did the work..

In the beginning, I really liked them. They were professional, they looked professional. But then after a few months, it turned out to be like a regular company. They said that if I see anything like bugs, I will call them and they will just schedule somebody to come and take care of it but in true, it wasn't that way. I see something and I call them and then they say that the New Jersey law is that you can't have us more than every two or three weeks or something and since we serviced your house last week, we can't come. They were okay but in the end, I didn't think I was getting what I'm supposed to be getting. Whenever they came in to spray for the spiders, I still see a lot of spiders and I couldn't even get them to come back again because they said they can't and that they will have to do it the next month. They weren't that bad but I remember the last day, I wanted to cancel my service and they were really nasty. They were kind of pushy. They do their work but the work that they do doesn't really help. Every time I call or email them, they respond to that but they don't respond to help. They were professional.

They came and did the job that they were scheduled to do. They were pleasant and knowledgeable and I haven't had the yellow jackets come back so far!

The technician that provides the service (Paul Ruchser) is excellent ! Such a professional, he is a credit to the organization. He has been providing this service to our home for many years now. He is the only reason I renew the contract every year. I value his work ethic and commitment to providing the best care to my lawn.

They are extremely responsive and do a great job. We hired them several years ago after struggling with ants, carpenter bees and other bugs. Not cheap, but good value for the level of service.

This company has its act together. All my interactions, with the office and the inspectors, have been efficient and courteous. Our initial inspection with Scott was very informative and convinced us to sign up for their Thermaplus maintenance plan and termite prevention. Mike performed the initial treatment and gave me great info and advice. Really nice people. Price noted is for initial treatment and 30-day followup.

Mike Cancel showed up as scheduled, looked at the nest and identified the bees as yellow jackets. He sprayed and removed the nest and was done in a short time. Mike was very professional and friendly. I would definitely use this service again.

Steve, one of the owners, came to our house immediately after our call and throughout the process was highly professional and responsive. He took great care of us, explained everything along the way and led us through the things we needed to do to prevent future infestations. *9This company was excellent!! Especially the technician, Eric - he was amazing!!!. He arrived on time (in a torrential rain storm) and he and his dog did a complete check of my home for bed bugs. (One of my sons had reported seeing bugs in his room and thought they were bedbugs.) After doing the inspection, the dog did not pick up any indicators of bedbugs. I was thrilled until my son once again reported seeing bugs the next day. He captured 2 and one looked like a picture of a bedbug on the internet. I immediately called Dial - at 5 the day before the 4th of July - they answered immediately and said they would send Eric to the house the next day. I couldn't believe that anyone would come to my home on a holiday, but Eric arrived on time. He examined the bug we collected and said it might possible be a bed bug - but because it was not in the best shape he couldn't be sure, he then did the most thorough check of a room that could be done, lifting all the furniture and going over every inch of my son's bedroom - neither of us saw anything. Even though it did not appear we had bedbugs - it seemed that there was something that my son had seen and captured - Eric offered to spray the room with non-toxic bug spray. It was over 90 degrees in this bedroom and Eric worked for almost an hour to be sure that everything had been thoroughly inspected and then sprayed - all on a day he should have been enjoying the holiday. This service was above and beyond my expectations and I highly recommend Dial and Eric for their professionalism.

We are on a plan so there was a flat fee and then they come out. I am pleased with the work they are doing. They are good at letting us know when they come.

Great. They gave me instructions on spraying the nest in the evening. Then waiting a few days until bees are dead (there were only a couple), then covering up the hole with foam, then painted. (Bees won't eat wood that is treated or painted. Easy peasy. They saved me a couple of hundred dollars! This is the only place I would call in the event of a pest. Previously they humanely trapped a squirrel to remove him from my attic then sealed the attic so no pest could return. They did really nice wood work on my trim below the roof!

Overall it has been an excellent experience and I look forward to working with them in the future.

I am very happy with them. They are amazing. They regularly leave a lengthy report on whatever they have done every time they were on the property. They are extremely courteous and they listen to whatever I have to say. They will send out somebody immediately. The will pick up a dead mice or any other insect they might find. It is just amazing. They do these things which I am not expecting them to do but they do them. Whenever they come into my house they cover their shoe. These guys are right on top of everything and they make sure they do that. They treat my house with a lot of respect. They terminate all kinds of insects, bugs, mice. They do the outside of the house and if they need to do the inside of the house they will call me and let me know. I thought it was a fair price and I wouldn’t say it was a bargain. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

They are really good. The customer service is great, they were very friendly and helpful and informative. They came when I needed them to, and I got an Angie's List discount. It was convenient because they could work around my schedule.

I have used Dial Pest Control and I have been using them for years. They are always on time. They are thorough and they always respect my property. They put booties on when they come into the house and that’s important. The treatment has been very effective. They gave me a call before they came over.

They set traps around my property and followed up with 2 more visits. The rat is gone but sadly so are all the chipmunks. They left the traps in place in my yard. When I called about them they said that they normally left them.

They sprayed and treated for yellow jackets. They provided a termite inspection. They used an eco-chemical at my request.

Had a coupon from Angie's List but Dial is rated highly. They came on time and did what they said they would. They have a 60 day guarantee where they will come back free of charge of the problem is not resolved. You know the name of your tech in advance. The office staff is very professional and friendly. Highly recommend these folks!
