I had to have a spigot replaced under our deck. Tom was quick and efficient in the replacement. I had called later in the day and he still made it out and did the job same day.

Tom was efficient (which saved costs), had excellent knowledge of his trade, and did a very good job at the four tasks he was asked to do.

He was quite reliable and easy to work with. Quality of work for the 3 tasks i required was exceptional.

Tom replaced an outdoor spigot that I had damaged and replaced it with a frost free one. He was able to get out to me within a couple days and even came back to respond to one minor issue. I was extremely impressed with his service and the second return he made for a very minor issue really impressed me. Highly recommend Tom and I even added him to my contacts for any future work.

There aren't very many people with whom I am impressed, but Tom is a professional. I noticed someone earlier had mentioned 30 minutes work for $125 in labor was not ideal. I have worked with many, MANY contractors before. CLEARLY Tom knows his business. He came, assessed the situation, and in less than 20 minutes he was finished and left. THAT is a REAL professional who knows what he's doing. HE IS WORTH the service all! I recommend him highly and will look to him again for future plumbing needs!

Put project into App...10 minutes later, Thomas called. Showed up an hour later..project done. Superior service at an affordable price. I strongly recommend him.

30 minutes work for $125 in labor was not ideal.

I wanted a drain snaked and a water filter installed. He gave me a quote and I agreed. He installed the filter and said he does not snake drains. Now I have to pay for another plumber. He did not say that when I hired him. He was here for 1/2 hour and charged me an hour and $100 for the hose. I am getting really fed up with the contractors.

Very quick to come and do our repair. It was a simple replacement project and he didn't charge an arm and a leg. Will remember him for our next larger project

Tom is a first class pro. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him for a job. He helped install the space heater in my garage and repaired some issues with my heat. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient at a reasonable price.

Great work done adding additional zone for heating in our family room. He also replaced the waste pipe. I would highly recommend his services.

It's always difficult to get someone who is willing to come by to fix those little annoying problems you have, but not Tom. I had 1 leaky faucet and 1 frozen faucet(due to hard water). Tom came explained what needed to be done and I hired him to fix it. Very pleasant to work with. Also cleaned up after all the work was done. I have his card now and will not have to stress when I need a good plumber in the future. No job is too small for Tom!! He will be back in New Year to install a tankless water heater.

My sump pump stopped working and I used home advisor and got in touch with Thomas. He called me immediately and we were able to set up an appointment the next morning. He was able to quickly fix and replace the sump pump. I would definitely recommend Thomas to other customers as he is professional and courteous.
