Tom did an excellent job with installing a new gas hot water heater. The only reason he didn't get 5 stars is because he didn't send me an invoice as promised following completion of the job. I have had to remind him that I need this for my records.

Correctly suggesting that the valve be moved to a more accessible area (the original valve was installed before the basement was refinished and very difficult to reach). Excellent workmanship and fair pricing. Will definitely hire Tom for any future plumbing projects.
