He was prompt to respond to me. He had me take a picture of the problem so he could anticipate what was needed. He was prompt to fix the problem. He replaced my hot water heater, got a permit from the town, arranged inspection afterwards, and even ran a pipe from the hot water heater to the sump pump to prevent any future issues. I would definitely recommend Tom.
