everything went well. on time, clean, professional, helpful we scheduled appointment, Bertoli got the permits, arranged for town inspection, etc. very satisfied

I called provider yesterday as I discovered carpet in room adjacent to master bath was wet. Since I wasn't sure what the problem was in the master bathroom I told the provider that it could be the toilet or sink. We scheduled the appointment for this morning after 10:00 am. Ted arrived at around 10:15 and determined within a short time that it was the toilet. In our discussion it was determined that a new toilet would be the best way to go. He took the old one out, then left to retrieve a new toilet. He returned about 30 minutes later, put the new toilet in, wrote up the invoice, and was on his way. I love my new Kohler toilet and am so happy to find Bertoli Plumbing and Heating and will definitely reach out to them for all my plumbing and heating needs!

I called Mark Bertoli Plumbing & heating yesterday late afternoon. I spoke with Mr. Bertoli, and explained to him my problem-when I shut my water off after taking a shower I had a steady drip. He said well were very busy right now can this wait? I was figuring he would say a week or two but much to my surprise he said until tomorrow! I was in shock and said that would be great!! I received a call the following morning from Mr. Bertoli at 8:05 AM informing me that they would be at my home at 9:30 AM. Michael Costa arrived on schedule not one minute late, he was extremely pleasant and honest which you don't find many people today with that quality. I asked him if I should replace the spout (I'm not sure if that's what you call it) he said it wasn't necessary because it wasn't broken!!) I was shaking my head in disbelief. Michael had the job finished in a matter of minutes. I will be using Mark Bertoli's company for all my plumbing work, if all his employee's are as friendly, honest, dependable, and efficient as Michael Costa you won't regret calling them for their service......

Mike came the same day and got the job done quickly and professionally. Total cost with tax $148. Other area plumbers had quoted us $300+ for the same job. Mike not only installed the unit, but gave us his wisdom on the proper use and misuse of the disposal unit. The whole process was painless (for us) and compared to other quotes we received, well priced. Thank you!

The total repair took less than 15 minutes. Ted only charged me $70! I had called a different plumber prior to Bertoli Plumbing and was told they charged $130 just to come to my home and then an additional $70 for every 30 minutes. This did not include parts and labor! It's refreshing to know there are honest companies that do a good job and not hose the customer while they do it. I'll definitely use Bertoli again when I need a plumber.

I called in a panic on a Sunday night after the discovery of a leak earlier in the day. I was promptly directed what to do by a gentlemen on the emergency line. The next day I called the office and was given a same-day appointment as soon as availability opened up. A very friendly and professional guy named Mike showed up and immediately got to work on solving the mystery of the leak.

Kitchen faucet sprung a leak, so I called Bertoli based on reviews here - he had an appointment open the next morning, arrived timely, and installed Delta faucet / soap dispenser. finished the job in under an hour and cleaned up - he was very polite and respectful, would recommend / use again.

Excellent price. Arrived on time. Installed new kitchen faucet and pipes. Installed new cartridge in master bedroom sink. Cleaned up both areas. Very pleasant experience. Mr. Bertoli does what he says he will do (and then some) and he does it when he says he will. His people are very professional, considerate and appear to be very skilled. The new boiler has all the latest efficiency, safety and maintenance features. The plumbing was completely re-routed for much better access and serviceability. The installation was spead over two days - part of one afternoon for preliminary set-up of the new boiler and about five hours the next day for removal of the old boiler and installation of the new one. Everything went very smoothly. We were without water fonly only about an hour and without heta for less than five hours. Even though it was a cold day, we didn't feel the least bit uncomfortable. I used Mr. Bertoli, rather than my oil company, because I had a very favorable experience with him last year (and because my oil company was very annoying about a purge that should have been covered under my new service contract). I am very glad that I did. I don't think I could have gotten better workmanship or a better price from anyone else - certainly not my oil company. It took about 2 weeks from estimate to finished installation, but it wasn't an emergency situation.

He performed emergency work to maintain status quo until I could schedule an appointment to have new pipe installed. Very professional.

With all sincerity, I don't think I have EVER hired a company to work in my home that I completely trusted UNTIL I hired Bertoli Pumbing. I have so many good things to say, however I'll start at the beginning. Mark Bertoli (the owner) came to my home a few months back to give me an estimate on a completely new hydronic heating system. Last year I completely renovated my home, causing a project like this to be extremely difficult to install and time consuming, along with a potential messy job. Mark was very patient and understanding, and went room to room with me drawing a diagram and measuring the space to be heated. He calcuated potential heat loss from windows and doors, and took time to discuss different ways to get baseboard heat to a part of my home that was not directly accessable to the utility room where a boiler would be installed. I had three other plumbers give me estimates, and none of them gave it as much thought as Mark. Mark outlined everything that needed to be done and emailed me a proposal approximately a week later. Even though the proposal originally came in much higher than the previous three estimates I received from other plumbers, Mark was easily available by phone to discuss the differences, and he made concessions to compete with the other estimates. I went with Mark after he reassured me that he had the perfect installer to work on such a tedious job like this. We agreed on a start date and Mark was there with his workers at 8am sharp. Upon arrival, I met Brian, who was the plumber who would be in my home over the next few weeks installing the new heating system. From the moment I met him, I knew this was a perfect fit. Brian was very patient, and went over every single detail. He never made a decision without thinking about it first, and all of his work was very calculated and accurate. Even his new helper was sharp. Oh, and did I mention how CLEAN they were. Everyday for 20 days I would come home and Brian cleaned up so well that it was hard to tell construction was even underway. Brian was even able to find a way to utilize an old duct to run pipes to parts of my home where I thought I would have to saw open the concrete slab. Brian is not only a plumber, but a craftsman. Every hole that was made was eventually closed properly (even plastering in spots). I could not have had a better plumber working in my home. I highly recommend Bertoli Plumbing, and I will surely use them again.

We were very pleased with the services rendered in a efficient and timely manner. Ted ran a snake into our clogged kitchen sink and had it cleared in minutes. He showed us where a pipe in the basement was at a wrong angle and corrected it with a shim. He discussed with us the pros and cons of doing major work on pipes in basement.

When I called Bertoli's on Sunday about a water leak, they told me up front how expensive it would be and advised that I wait until the next day. I agreed, and the next morning Ted called right at 7:00 to get my address. He was by about 20 minutes later, got his tools out, I showed him the affected area and he got to work. The whole job was nicely done in less than 1/2 hour. He gave me some advice on what I might want to do if the system started leaking in the future. I will definitely keep them in mind the next time there's a problem.

The repairman Ted showed up on time and fixed my faucets in about 15 minutes. I was happy with the $90 bill because that's what it normally costs for a repairman to just walk thru the door.

Michael, an employee of Mark T. Bertoli, worked nonstop with skill. Our new faucet and drains now work flawlessly. He also took the time to explain what we would need to do for another job on which we had questions. We will certainly call on Michael for our future plumbing needs.

Fast response--called and came within an hour

Called them Friday PM: leaking hot water at kitchen shutoff. But NOT an emergency as I was able to shut off hot water at the furnace. Returned call Sunday. Arrived Monday 8:15 as promised with a crew of three. All done by about 9:30. Neat, clean & polite. Price seems extremely reasonable for all that work and parts (including a new faucet/sprayer).

He arrived when he said he would. He was neat, clean, and polite. He clarified with me what he was supposed to be doing and got right to work. He worked quickly and finished in about an hour or maybe less. There was no mess left over when he left. I had this company come out about 2 weeks before this for an emergency situation. It was a different technician, but he was also really good. I would highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for my plumbing needs.

Mark was great to deal with for scheduling the work and answering my questions. His crew was professional and friendly. They showed up on time and did a great job on a major plumbing renovation with a minimum of mess. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them again if I need more plumbing work done.

They know what they are doing. Their quality of work is good and they are easy to make an appointment schedule with.
