Had toilet replaced by Bertoli Plumbing. Great experience all around from setting up the appointment with Eileen to Mike the plumber. Estimate was straight forward, accurate, and reasonable. Honest operation. Very pleased and highly recommend you give them a try if you need plumbing work done.

One of my kids through something down the toilet, it was metal and he had to come and fish it out. They come here and done other things. Put a faucet in, six handles that were broken. The cost was like $125 for everything I needed done that day. With the toilet, he had actually snaked the toilet but what happened was it clogged right back up because they didn't know that something was stuck all the way down there. So the owner came out on a Saturday and he unclogged the toilet so they were very prompt and courteous. Since we had a plumber who was really expensive, I'll grade the price as an A. If you call them about something and you have a problem afterwards they'll come right back and fix it for nothing. As soon as they get here they only have so many trucks and if you call without making prearrangments then you just have to wait your turn for them to come.

The work was great, and done very quickly.

Installation went well. work was good too but there was some confusion over a water line being disconnected. This was not supposed to take place. I now have no water going to my fridge. I called in to address this and this is where things go wrong. I was told and I quote " we'll get there when we get there, I am not sending men out there when we have more important things. Can you imagine? I would never treat my customers this way. It's unacceptable to respond like that.

I could not be happier with the services provided by Bertoli. Everyone I was in contact with over the phone and on the job were always available to answer my questions and accommodate whatever needed to be done for this job. Over the past year or so I have been chipping away at a large kitchen/living/half bath renovation at my home. I'm doing most of the work on my own, and it's an expensive & frustrating process with surprises and setbacks around every corner. But honestly, the only constantly reliable aspect of it has been Bertoli Plumbing. They really have been amazing. To complete the job they needed to split the work into multiple visits thru the various stages of the renovation, and worked around whatever hurdles presented themselves along the way (including super picky building inspectors). Never once did they put me off or point the finger or try to avoid any responsibility. They were quick, reliable, efficient, professional and courtious. Not the mention being the best quote I shopped for....and trust me, I shopped. Thanks again for everything guys, you'll hear from me for sure when I shift my focus to the upstairs bathrooms. Bought the water heater at Lowe's but insisted on having Bertoli install it, since I knew the level of work that they would do. And they didn't disappoint. Communication was very good, and the installer was very personable. Done on time and with no hassles. Would use them again.

They called on the morning of our appointment to say the plumber was on his way. He arrived, replaced the parts and charged me what they quoted. Two days later, I heard one of the fill valves making noise. I called, explained the problem, and they said a plumber would be there the next day. Again, they called when he was on the way. He opened the top of the fill valve and found some grit was stopping it from closing completely. He cleaned it, reassembled it and it worked fine. Of course there was no charge for this. Truly professional; recommend them highly !

Mike arrived promptly. He was courteous and very experienced. Price was very reasonable and work was done timely and expertly. Would highly recommend.

Went really well. Ted, who came last week to give me an estimate, came back to do the job. I like that. So he was familiar with what needed to get done. He was very nice and professional. Explained exactly what should be done and why. Performed all the work. He even replaced a nozzle's location so if it dripped again, it wouldn't be directly over a zone valve. That he just did without charge. Explained to me after job complete to go downstairs and check the boiler every so often over the next few days to make sure repairs performed are working properly. Which I will do. I went out and got four quotes for this job. Each of the four plumbers recommended the same work to correct the problem, and to prevent further problems. So in other words, the estimates were apples to apples. Bertoli came in considerably less than the other three. And Ted was very informative when giving his estimate. I think I found my future plumbing company! Thank you, Bertoli and Ted!

Late at night I noticed that there was water coming through the ceiling in my living room and was dripping on the floor and rug. I had to turn off the water at the main to stop the leak. I called Bertoli first thing the next morning. They adjusted their schedule and were at my house within a half hour and repaired a leaking water pipe above the ceiling. I couldn't have asked for better service. I had used them before, based on good reviews from Angie's List and would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to friends.

After an innocent issue with having my wrong phone number, the crew showed up eager to complete the job, later than planned on a Friday afternoon. There were at least 4 men in the basement, making sure they completed the job even though I told them we could reschedule because of the later hour and the mix-up. They made sure to finish installing the new water heater and also installed a new sump pump, as there was a potential for flooding with the leaking water heater and upcoming rain. I will be calling them next week for some further things that need to be completed. They were in and out quickly, and very responsibly wanted to complete the job that day! I would definitely use them again. They have a wonderful reputation in my town, and this was my first time calling them.

The guys who came to change the water heater were extremely professional and finished the replacement cleanly in 2 hours without any issues. They replaced everything that was necessary and updated the plumbing upto code also and only charged us a little bit extra for the expansion tank which we did not mind since that was going to help us in the future. Also I asked them to check my master bath shower handle since it did not seem to turn all the way through and they fixed it and did not charge anything for it. I will use them now for all my plumbing needs since they did this job really well and explained everything to us also. Quoted price = $975 Job done price = $1025

I called them over the weekend and the plumber was at our house on Monday. The receptionist over the phone gave us a price and the price we paid when Mark was done came very close to that price. Mark gave us the most cost effective options for the work. He performed it very well.

The toilet was not flushing. It was determined that with hard water, there was a build up of calcium which prohibited the toilet from working properly. Within a day a new toilet was installed. You wouldn't even known that the toilet was replaced. They left the bathroom clean and took the old toilet for disposal. Very happy with service.

I discovered that a section of ABS drain pipe was split and had been leaking into my wall behind my kitchen faucet. After pulling the dishwasher and cabinet and opening the wall myself, I had Bertoli come in and replace the section of broken pipe. They came quickly, performed a quality repair, and were very reasonable with the price. Would definitely use again.

I recently moving to New Jersey and bought a house. After having no luck sorting through the Google adds, I joined Angie's list this morning. . I called a plumber off the list this morning, they were able to come out today, they friendly and did an excellent job. I would definitely use this plumber again, as well as, Angie's list for my next vendor.

The most impressive thing about this company was the urgency they displayed in getting here. I surprisingly discovered a leak in my garage ceiling and called this company based upon their great reviews. I asked they get here as soon as possibly before the leak worsened. The dispatcher on the phone was able to line up the next available plumber and he got here within 30 minutes of the call. The plumber was knowledgeable and discovered the cause of the leak rapidly. He replaced a few valves and was done in less than one hour. Their price was very reasonable. I can recommend this company for their shared sense of urgency, professionalism and price.

Great service. I called this company for an issue I created in my shower. I was attempting to replace some corroded valve seats and shower valves and when I put the new valve seats in I had leaks. Realizing now that the faucet needed replacement and it was behind tile, I called Bertoli for a quote. After a quick run down of my issue, I was given a possible solution (remodel plate) and an appointment. Tech tech arrived on time and got the job done very fast. He cleaned up all dust created etc. Great job all around. The faucet is still working great. I highly recommend this company.
