Description of Work: My husband was present during the work and was very satisfied with the plumbers' service. They replaced several valves and shutoffs in the garage, which were corroding and/or not working properly. Replaced several elbows in the wall with PEX tubing; re-attached the baseboard heating unit to the wall, which had separated due to the plumbing configuration in the wall.

Description of Work: We had an issue with what we thought was a broken pipe. After inspection it turned out we needed a drain company. The plumber called one on our behalf who came the following Monday to do the work for us. This was a very big help!And I certainly highly recommend Bertolli.

Description of Work: WOW, I could not find the leak under the sink and thought the cabinet floor would have to be pulled up. Brian came in on time and would not give up until he found the problem. He searched and searched and after about 15 minutes he got flat on the kitchen floor and said "FOUND IT" and fixed the problem. This is the company to use for plumbing. A1..could not be happier.

Description of Work: My kitchen faucet was leaking into the cabinet below. When I called to schedule an appointment Mark suggested I buy a replacement faucet in case the current one had failed. Upon arrival, Michael, my plumber, determined that the old seal around the faucet was allowing water to seep through. The new faucet wasn't needed and he saved me from having a much more expensive fix. He cleaned away the mineral deposits all around the faucet base and used silicone caulk to seal it: no more leak and I can return the unopened faucet. It was wonderful service, prompt,efficient and most reasonably priced.

Description of Work: This is the second time we have used Bertoli Pluming. Called to schedule a service visit and Ted showed up within the hour! On both occasions they provided fast and professional service. I would strongly Recommend them.

Description of Work: I hired Bertoli Co. sometime last year to remove a cracked toilet and replace it with one I had purchased, and also to fix another, leaky toilet. The plumber removed the cracked toilet, but suggested that I not replace it until the soft floor underneath had been repaired. Regarding the other, leaky toilet, the plumber reportedly replaced all the internal parts. The charge for all work performed was about $450 as I recall, which I thought was high, but I'm just guessing. I'm an over-the-road trucker, so I'm away from home most of the time. Two months after the work was done, when I finally return home, I find the toilet is still leaking. My wife told me it had been leaking for weeks. Granted, maybe I should have called Bertoli, but at that point it was two months after the fact, so I didn't do so. I just don't understand how a toilet whose parts had all been replaced is STILL leaking just like before.

Description of Work: He came on time and had to clean my kitchen drain which led to downstairs sink and out to septic. All is running well and the job was done efficiently and for a fair price. I would definitely call them again for any plumbing or hot water heater problem.

Description of Work: Have used this company for over 15 years at summer & winter homes. Have advised friends to use & they did. This last visit was concerning my tankless hot water heater at my summer cabin in Denville, NJ. Mark goes above & beyond in all areas of service.
