Showed up on time and performed the task in a timely manner.

He is not a guy who does not do a really fine job but he is very professional and he comes quickly. I saw a woman who complained about him but I think there was nothing that he did incorrectly. He has always been terrific with us. He is not a back stabber and a gabber. He is a very serious guy. There are also very nice people looking for him. He is always prompt because usually a plumbing issue is an emergency. The two I have seen that work for him are terrific. I have known them for many years and they have taken care of us very well. He is a very quiet guy himself but I like him and I will give him good recommendations.

It all went smoothly, and everything was done over a couple of days. No complaints as of yet.

Timothy Walker himself did the job. He has other workers that do other jobs for him, but he personally did it. Very honest, and a man of his word. He is a man of a few words, and not a friendly person but great work ethic. While on vacation, there was an issue with the boiler, and he responded in the evening and honored his warranty. The plumber did an excellent job, came during the scheduled time, and was professional. I feel a fair price was charged for the work done. We will definitely use them for future plumbing repairs or other work.

Call them and setup an appointment. They turn up on time and start checking leak into living room. After cutting holes in the ceiling and shower booth, they found the riser leaking to shower head. They replaced a section of the pipe and advised us to stop using the shower for 1 week. All in all, it took them less than an hour to spot and make the fix. Very professional and would use them again.

I had no problem with him and everything was excellent. He was prompt and he returned calls. He did an excellent job and was clean. I’ve used him before and that’s why I chose him to come again. His price was fair and his communication was excellent. His responsiveness and punctuality were excellent too.

In April Tim Walker came to my home for a consultation. He took measurements, and said that an estimate would be emailed to me within a week or so. After approximately two weeks, I had yet to receive anything. I called and spoke to a female who stated that she would contact Mr. Walker and would have the proposal emailed to me as soon as possible. Again, another week went by and nothing. I called once again and spoke to Mr. Walker, and then I finally received a proposal for approximately $15,000 worth of work. After getting a few estimates, installing a new A/C unit with all new vents, and closing up all my old forced hot air vents, I decided to go with Mr. Walker and his company to do the work. I gave him a phone call a few weeks ago to notify him that I was excited to have him install my new heating system, and he informed me that he would not be able to start until mid to late September. I was okay with that start time, and I informed him that as long as it was installed before the heating season then it would be fine. I was instructed to sign the proposal and mail it back to him which I did. Approximately a week later, Mr. Walker called me back and stated that he would not be able to start the job until late October at the earliest. His demeanor was basically one that did not want to do the job and he was looking for any excuse not to do it. How does someone in business estimate a start time a month out, and then a week later realize that they have to push it back another month!? This was an obvious attempt to push the job off. I don't know of any company that would turn down a $15,000 job. He then told me that I should probably find someone else to do the job, and "good luck." Nice way to leave me hanging right before the Fall. The company was extremely unprofessional, and I would NOT recommend using them for any plumbing or heating needs unless you want to be left hung out to dry.

Plumber came same day as called and performed work satisfactorily. When another problem was discovered he came and took care of it and did not charge for labor.

I had a bad experience with a previous plumber who just walked away saying he couldn't repair the back-up situation (not from Angie's list) I have a disabled Mom and we couldn't wait for regular working hours to correct the back-ed up situation. I called Tim Walker & his guys came within 2 hours (it was a late Sunday night), and cleaned it right out. They were so professional - just told me not to worry it was their job to take care of it and they would. Didn't ask for payment - got billed a month later. I was completely impressed - and happy I found Tim Walker through Angie's.

They came at the time they said they would, were very professional, answered our questions and cleaned up after the work was done. I would recommend them for any plumbing problems. This was our second time of using them. Very satisfied.

I thought they were very good. They were prompt and clean. They were done when they exactly said they would be done. They were kind. I do not think they were cheap. I would recommend them to someone else.

He did an excellent job finishing this job for me. I was very pleased with the installation of my new sink.

I contacted this firm to replace a basement water shut-off value and outside spiget, which both leaked. I left a voicemail and was immediately called back and an appointment was made for the following morning. Two individuals showed up, were very professional, polite and and respectful of my home. After they completed the job I had called about, I also asked them to look at my bathtub faucet which had been leaking. They fixed this leak by replacing the cartridge. They were in and out within an hour for both jobs and I am very pleased with the results. I would definitely hire this company again. They were professional, did excellent work and their fee was reasonable.

I noticed when I took a shower in the bathroom on the first floor, the slop sink the basement would fill up with water. This lead us to believe that the main sewer line was clogged. We bought an auger and tried snaking the main line - which would help for a day or two - but the problem would keep coming back. Based on Angie's List reviews, I contacted Timothy J Walker Plumbing and made an appointment. Everything went great from start to finish. When I got invoice, I thought the fee was fair and reasonable. And the work performed was done thoroughly. It's now almost 6 months later and the problem never came back. I would definitely call Timothy J Walker Plumbing again in the future. Thanks!

We developed a problem with waste water not exiting the drains. This happened late in the evening and we had guests, so it was a real emergency. I checked Angie's List for someone close who could clear the drains and had great ratings. I called Timothy J Walker after business hours. I was grateful to get a response and a promise of service at 8:30 next morning. Two people arrived promptly, did the job quickly, and were very professional though taciturn. I was very happy with the job though it was a little pricey for such a short time. All in all, though, the service was terrific and the company is very reliable.

We had used them in the past with excellent results. Tim got back to us promptly with a reasonable estimate and the work was completely short thereafter. The fire department inspected the work and the furnace is back up and running. We highly recommend this company.
