Great. They were there when they stated they would and the plumber was courteous.

Did not use this person. Terrible customer relations. Phone conversation was curt and unprofessional. Wanted 40$ each just to replace what would cost me $19.00 each radiator vent valves.

Jimmy showed up promptly and worked on the area immediately. Suggested a long term solution which we went with. Very professional and pleasant person who answered all my questions.

They fixed it all. They had to come back to fix a valve on our boiler, as the boiler was expelling water. I felt happy that I found them.

We like him. We try not to call the plumber too often because they are expensive. When it gets to the point our old spa was really clogged and we hadn't even been using it so we called him out. When things get clogged we try to use vinegar and baking soda with boiling hot water. That is a general maintenance thing, but when it gets to a point beyond that and even the Liquid Plumber isn't working then we call the plumber. But the one upstairs I think upstairs our shower and our big spa tub are connected pipe-wise when they did the construction up there. He is great. He is thorough and he knows what he is doing. He recommended I buy a product and I did and it prolongs the life of the toilet.

.Arrived on time. Went immediately to work. Fixed showerhead , Added gas cut offs ,disconnected old stove. Advised the necessity to order specialty parts for basement sink. Advised it would take time to get parts due to upcoming July 4th holiday. Contacted us immediately after parts arrived. Returned to finish double sink quickly and efficiently. Charges were high for anywhere else but Northern New Jersey where they were average. We were told his hourly charges BEFORE we agreed to the work...We were not surprised . Quality work costs more.

Pete came in with his partner and they had to work on a pedestal sink and replace the leaking trap. And luckily, he did not have to take the sink apart! I lucked out on that! Once the work was done, (just a half hour) the bathroom was clean and no evidence of water leaking! Terrific! Both were very professional, polite and got along with the dog. I have already told someone else to use their services.

The deal didn't include the faucet, so I had to cancel.

I booked the service about midnight they came the next day. It was Christmastime and we were expecting company for the weekend. Angie's List online booking wouldn't let me request a time until after the weekend, but Walkers Plumbing ignored that and called the next morning to schedule immediate service. I was SOoo relieved. They were quick and clean and left everything spic and span. I would definitely use them again. And they're LOCAL!

Approximately 15 years ago the company renovated my master bath. They also replaced my furnace. Fortunately I had no need of a plumber for many years. About two years ago I decided to change the shower fixture in my downstairs bath. The plumbing was very old but they managed to find replacement parts which meant I didn't have to break into walls and replace all the pipes.

He did a good job. He came very shortly after I made the call. I will tell other members to certainly get a quote from him among some of the other plumbers to see what he is going to charge.

I have an older house with the normal inherent plumbing problems. With one bathroom it's a problem when things go wrong. I found Timothy Walked here and called them up. They showed up within an hour and fixed my problems. They had to com back later and fix a faucet that wasn't quite right. It was done quickly. I asked what it would cost and got the "We'll send you a bill." .... gulp, oh no, I was thinking. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a very reasonable bill! Definitely will use then again.
