Chris Carbone and his crew performed the requested remediation. I was very happy with the results, but the prospective new owner wasn't satisfied. Chris mobilized immediately and re-performed the work, under very tight deadlines and knowing a sale was hanging in the balance. I cannot compliment this group enough ... the transaction closed on time thanks to his immediate response(s).

Renew Restoration was listed as a preferred vendor for my realtor. I also called another vendor, but decided to go with Renew Restoration due to their quick response to my call and reasonable prices. The staff (team) were professional, friendly and explained my options to resolve the mold issue. I also want to note they did a good job with cleaning up and ensuring everything was in good order before leaving.

After the roto-rooter-type guy cleared the drain, Renew Restoration did a great job sanitizing everything, removing the uncleanable rusted-out storage cabinets and wall boards. It took 2 days of 4-5 hours a day to complete the job. They did all the moving of stuff out of the cabinets, and dragged all the refuse out of the house to be picked up by a dumpster company they arranged with. They were friendly and polite and responsive to work with. I would definitely call them again.

Chris was incredibly caring and responsive. We had the second floor toilet overflow Saturday night and I sent a few messages to a list of water damage control companies around 11pm. I didn't really expect any response until Sunday but Chris responded around 11:30pm. Since I was trying to do a little cleanup myself, I missed his response initially. I replied back around 12:30 am and he again respond quickly and discussed the mitigation plan over the phone around 1 am. That was truly amazing!! Chris and his crew arrived early on Sunday morning and took a very good care of the situation. They were very thoughtful and created a working envelope with plastic sheets when opening up the ceiling. They cleaned and dried the affected area thoroughly. It was absolutely a pleasure working with Chris and his crew. Highly recommended!!!

Chris, Joe and Justin were all extremely knowledgable, spent a good amount of time explaining what was happening during every step of the process. They were also able to explain test results and very adequately provide great advice on how to tackle the slight issue we had. They had me, the homeowner, in mind throughout the whole process and gave us common sense solutions that were affordable. I am very happy to have hired them and will again if need be.

In the past I have worked with other entities. Renew was the BEST!!!! They were helpful, professional and the customer was top priority. What I was most impressed with was the equipment they use and their attention to make sure everything was dry. I would use Renew again and I have recommended them to others.

I am a new homeowner and in our first winter at our new home we experienced a burst pipe in our garage which caused substantial damage to the garage wall and powder room on the other side. The Renew team responded very quickly. They removed the dry wall, dried the walls over several days and provided contractors who hung new dry wall and repainted everything. The team went above and beyond and even replaced a new ceiling vent fan that had been damaged and repainted my entire garage so all off the walls matched. Joe and his team treated my home as if it were theirs.

It went very well - communicating via both phone and email regarding logistics and coordinating around my work schedule. All interactions were professional and at the same time encouraging about the emergency situation.

The pipe below our kitchen sink burst due to the freezing temperatures. This caused a flood in our downstairs finished basement. Renew came promptly and Chris and Joe immediately set our minds at ease. They were very knowledgeable, in addition to being empathetic, reassuring and a pleasure to work with. They put together the necessary team for clean up (pulling up rugs, taking down sheet rock and ceiling tiles) and restoration (replacing sheet rock, checking electrical, mold elimination, painting and putting down new carpet). This was all done in a timely fashion minimizing the disruption in our lives. Renew did an EXCELLENT job! Seven months later we had another flood when our upstairs bathroom sink leaked into our downstairs kitchen. My first call was to Renew as I could not get in touch with my plumber. It was late in the day but they immediately provided me with a plumber, who came right away, and Renew started restoration the next day. Smaller job this time but still excellent work! I highly recommend Renew not only for their professionalism and expertise, but also for how easy they are to work with. Any damage to our homes is a stressful time so it is an added bonus that Renew shows they genuinely care and want to get the work done with as little stress possible to the homeowner. Excellent work in every way!

After a middle of the night flood as a result of a burst toilet, I was given three suggestions of companies to call in by our local State Farm agent for the remediation and build back. I opted for Renew Restoration because they were locally based, and both the agent and my plumber recommended them to me. The company manager Joe promptly arrived to my home, and I was immediately impressed with his friendly, professional, and informative manner. Promptly, Justin and crew were setting up equipment to remediate the ankle deep water in our basement and damaged first floor. In fact Justin’s team was fast, but careful in removing our tremendous amount of house contents, not damaging one item! Justin was detailed oriented and handled the ripping out and part of the build back. Joe came out numerous times to check on the home throughout the process, and incredibly, responded quickly every time I called or texted. Each phase of the build back of the damaged areas due to the flood was completed by individuals who were meticulous in their work. Thanks to all at Renew Restoration, my mother, my children, and I are back living in a finely restored home! And, to anyone that finds themselves in the devastating situation of having their home flooded, I can sincerely recommend this company to you.

Chris Carbone and his assistant, Chris were awesome. They showed up at our home at 6pm on a Saturday evening and worked until almost 10 pm cleaning up the mess, pulling down the parts of the ceiling that collapsed and placing dehumidifiers and blowers throughout the house to dry out the wood, floors, carpet and rafters. They also treated the exposed areas with a product to insure that there wouldn't be any mold or microbial growth. Chris took the time to explain every step of the process, assured us that he would handle all the billing through our insurance, called back and stopped by on Sunday afternoon to check that all the equipment was still working and then called again on Monday to confirm pick up of the equipment on Tuesday evening. He couldn't have been more professional or helpful. I strongly recommend their service to you.

Renew was very professional and we are happy we went with Chris and his team. Needless to say.. it was a very difficult thing to come home to but Renew took immediate action and dealt with our insurance. It couldn't have been easier and our basement looks as good as it did before we went away. My wife and I were both very impressed with Renews service and experience. Renew Restoration was extremely helpful in remedying our basement flood and saved the room from any severe water damage/mold. Specifically, Chris Carbone, was quick and efficient to help us out. The damage was discovered at night, after normal work hours, but he was there to answer our calls and talk us through the cleanup process and explained each step thoroughly. The cleanup crew was there first thing the next day to rip up the carpeting, cut out damaged sheetrock, remove furniture/belongings that would have been further damaged if left in the room, and run the dehumidifiers and fans. They were helpful in explaining the probable cause of the flood and provided us with some solutions. They also had recommendations for replacing the carpeting and the sheetrock that was damaged. The crew was extremely efficient, cleanly, and easy to work with! We have small children, who spend time playing down in the basement and we have no fears that Renew Restoration's crew cleaned the flood up expertly and safely! We would highly recommend Renew Restoration to anyone who finds himself in the same situation.

The days they were there were a true blessing. The men were extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional. Their work scope could have been expanded in this home as it was full of personal items that filled dumpsters and trucks however, they respected the owner's wishes to have others perform the rest of the cleanout. I worked tirelessly toward that goal and each time I would appear with full bags, when they were present, they would offer to take it to the dumpster for me. I can not say enough good things about this terrific company. I have already recommended them to one of my co-workers. They deserve all the good to be returned to them that they do for others.
