Renew Restoration is great! I recently had a water damage in my place and had to work with Chris. Chris was extremely professional and conscientious in conducting mold testing and water damage investigation. He suggested several options for mold investigation, and he and I chose the method that would minimally damage the existing wall structure to get a mold sample. Using his water detection equipment, he was also thoroughly investigating the range and level of water damage. After collecting the sample, he sent the sample to a lab in a timely manner that I was able to get the result in 24 hours. In addition to the report produced by the lab, Christ also wrote up a investigation summary that included detailed descriptions about the water damage and mold problems as well as his professional recommendation in regards to how to properly deal with the problems. I can't recommend the company enough. If you have water damage and/or mold issues, you should work with Renew Restoration, LLC!

Chris, was very knowledgeable and explained that he would do testing in several areas of our home as well as a control sample outside. We discussed where we thought there might be issues. The test came back a few days later and to our surprise we were OK. Chris explained the results and said at this point we were fine. He did suggest that we install a fan in one bathroom that only has a window. Otherwise, he said keep doing what we were already doing especially in the basement. There was no pressure to do anything by him whatsoever. We now have a good baseline should we ever have an issue.

Excellent! First company I had look at work said I had extensive mold and gave me a price of $7000 and said it would take two weeks. I said no way and put out 4 bids. All of the companies said no mold on cement block basement, but needed to be cleaned and painted. I chose Renew Restoration as the low the bidder. They were terrific, moved all the items in the basement, but up plastic sheets to protect everything. Ran air scrubber while working, scraped and applied anti mold solution, next day painted with dry lock and next day put back all my stuff. I had a wooden shelve system that was very flimsy so Al and Joe rebuild and screwed it to the beams, like new and it won't fall down. Work was great and I would highly recommend this company.

Otto was wonderful. He arrived on time, performed the service and came again to pick up a machine when he said he would. He explained everything that needed to be done and was quite thorough. They were quick as I must have this work done right away for the sale.

Very well. Chris was clear about the process and honest about the price. Later, it was determined that we did not need mold remediation, and I applaud Chris for his honesty in that regard. In every way, this was a professional--even pleasant--encounter.

Chris contacted me promptly, had me send a picture of wall with mold. In his next text, he gave me an estimate which was accurate and was the amount we later paid (thank you Chris). He texted me exactly the steps he would take to remediate the problem. He had to remove sheetrock, kill the mold and encapsulate beams. Since several other companies thought this was a surface mold only (I disagreed). Chris's careful work removed all mold, sprayed and encapsulated the beams. He came promptly with the right professional equipment. worked carefully and neatly. He cleaned up and took the infected wallboard away and left the bathroom spotless. I would highly recommend Chris Carbone and Renew Restoration, LLC anytime.

Very easy to work with Chris and Alex. The work was done yesterday and looks good. They cleaned up completely after and explained what work had been done.

Chris did a wonderful job inspecting our home for mold and a musty smell in the bedroom. He took pictures to verify his findings. He even crawled into our crawl space to inspect for problems. Extremely professional, pleasant personality, and easy to talk to. When he explained his findings he was precise and spoke to my wife and I in a way that we both understood. He didn't try to up sell any products either. We accepted his suggestions on fixing our musty smell issue and we're now in the process of setting up another appointment. We would definitely recommend him if anyone needs his service.

Chris, Justin and there team did a great job educating me on what is mold and what is not. They took air samples in my house to determine if I had a mold problem and they did a visual inspection as well. They sent the samples to the lab and when they got the results back they called me and took their time to explain every aspect of the report to me. They are remediating a small mold isssue in my attic. I am happy with their services and would recommend them to anyone.

During unrelated work around 8:30am on a thursday, we noticed sheet rock with water damage and what looked to be black mold. I immediately posted to angie's list looking for someone to ***** and remedy. Within the hour Chris called back, spent a bit of time with me on the phone, gave me a VERY preliminary minimum price range (which felt reasonable) and agreed to come out later that day with Filipe to take a look. He arrived exactly the time he promised, spent time assessing, gave us options and answered all the questions my wife had. I would normally shop this work and get a couple bids, but after meeting Chris and him re-affirming his pricing, we agreed to proceed. I took a shot and asked if he could do the work on Saturday (less than 2 days later) so I could be home... he said he's see what he could do and let me know on Friday. By mid-day Friday, he confirmed that Felipe would come to get it done, and would arrive at 9:30am Saturday. At 8:45AM saturday, Chris called to confirm Filipe was on the way and would arrive at the agreed upon 9:30 time (which of course, he did), and to confirm the pricing (barring anything extra ordinary). I thought pricing was fair, and based on the fact that they were doing the work on Saturday, and their level of professionalism, I knew it wasn't worth shopping around to save $100-200 (if that was even possible) Filipe was friendly, educational, polite and went right to work... after a couple hours, he completed his evaluation, had exposed the damaged areas, and shared the good news that this was fairly isolated, and virtually best case.... He finished up the sealing/remediation as he promised in the agreed upon time. I reached out to Chris, who agreed to an even better price than he had in the AM based on "best case". Filipe cleaned up the area, and went on his way, leaving us enough time to enjoy the rest of our Saturday! While I pray I never need these types of services in the future, I can't imagine using anyone else.... If i could have given and A+ rating, I would have.

Chris did excellent check of mold and minor remediation work for us since there is not much mold to concern. He responded quickly, arrived on time, listened to our concerns, explained to us clearly. And the most important, he solved the problem effectively and immediately. He also reminded us what needs to be done next. Around the evening he followed up again. Renew was excellent from beginning to end. I have used this company twice now for emergency flood situations and they have been great both times. They are on top of it and 100% professional.

Chris and his crew were very professional and they took the time to explain everything to me that they found and how to remediate the issues. I have a tight schedule from my job and they were able to work around my schedule in every aspect to complete the job in a very timely matter. The price was extremely fair as well.
