Chris & Alex were very prompt, used them to perform mold inspection at the the home I was selling and buying. They came even in the long weekend. Took time to review and explain in detail. They are thoroughly professional. Would recommend them anyone one & will always look to hire them.

Chris Carbone, the owner, was wonderful. He is very knowledgeable, came when he said he would, and gave us a reasonable price. He did an amazing job, and our basement is renewed and restored , and sanitized, which got rid of the smell after the flood. We are very pleased. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again

We really couldn’t be happier with the service we received. We had found mold in the basement of a house we were hoping to purchase, and needed help assessing the situation prior to buying, and then remediating once we did purchase the home. Chris and Justin were incredibly responsive and moved very quickly for us to assess the extent of the problem so that we could feel comfortable closing, and to help us find waterproofing experts to work with, as well. Their great service continued throughout the job—they return calls, texts and emails immediately, and dealt with any unexpected issues in a very efficient and professional manner. Every member of the team was wonderful —the guys working at our house went out of their way to make things easy for us during the chaos of our move, and did a great job protecting our family from the work, and taking care of the entire extent of the problem. I hope not to need mold remediation services again (!), but if I did, they would be my first and only call, and I would definitely recommend them to everyone! Thank you!

Renew Restoration was one of the best vendors I've ever dealt with. They truly care about your home like their own and will not overcharge you or do extra, unnecessary tests. I truly appreciated their dedication, patience and expert communication skills - they spend the time to explain every detail of the complicated lab report analysis to you and make themselves available to you whenever you need. Can't say enough about how thankful I am to Justin and Chris for performing the expedited Air Quality test and talking me through the results at 10pm the night before our home closing! Justin, Al and Alex were great. They came to our house quickly, took readings, assessed what was needed and got to work right away. They were professional and courteous. Our son was excited by all the commotion and they were friendly enjoyed his enthusiasm. The house was dried out in a couple of days with fans and humidifiers going. We can rest easy that we chose the right steps and right team for the job.

Customer service was top-notch. Everyone was very knowledgeable and they were happy to discuss every phase of the job in detail and answer all of my questions. My basement is clean and dry and free of mold.

I called Chris who was referred by the plumber we hired. Within 20 mins I received a call from Chris who informed me his guys would be to my house in 30 minutes. Al and Alex came and assessed the damage and explained to me the process that they would take to clean everything up. They came back first thing the next morning and took out all damaged materials and cleaned and strelized everything. The job took a little less then a full day. They ran several air purifying systems as well as a dehumidifier to take all of the moisture out of the room. They left the units running for several days. From start to finish the process was smooth and each member of renew that I spoke with was very professional and knowledgeable, answering any questions I had and addressing any concerns I had. This company is A+++ I will be calling them for any home needs in the future and I highly recommend them.

It was $400 for the mold testing, and I think there was another $400. It was water damage but what they came in for was to see if it was mold and to remediation it. It was encapsulation. They were great in every way. He came quickly when I called them. He was extremely good about cleaning up. They stayed in touch with me if they were going to be late. He was 5 minutes late. They were very good. I would use them again

I just want to take a few moments to discuss my experience with Renew Restoration, a local company who specializes in water damage restoration, mold remediation, and deodorization . Our story starts with the purchase of a very lovely and extremely charming 1930s home. While the house came with amazing original hardwood floors, exposed brick, and an incredible fireplace; it also came with an unpleasant "old house" odor. The smell was somewhat musty and funky in nature and was definitely noticeable, which made me nervous to show off our new house to friends and family. Enter Renew Restoration. We scheduled for them to deodorize the house and I must say that our experience with this team was exceptional and way beyond what we expected! Their service was prompt, professional, and personable! Chris was extremely knowledgable and took the time to actually explain things to us and patiently answer all of our questions and concerns. After thoroughly inspecting our home, he was able to diagnose our issue and plan remediation! He even went on to offer advice, potential solutions, and professional insight in order to help prevent future recurrence. By now, most of you are probably wondering if the deodorization process worked... and I am thrilled to say that our house is funky-odor free! Upon entering the house after deodorization, I could notice a huge difference- it even felt cleaner (I know that probably sounds weird, but it's true!). Overall, I am extremely happy with the services provided by Chris and his team and I cannot recommend this company enough! It was a pleasure to work with them and I know I will reach out to them in the future for some other projects.
