Description of Work: Dave replaced a bathroom faucet and connecting pipes under sink. Saved me some money by replacing a cylinder in a shower/tub faucet instead of replacing the entire unit. He also adjusted two other single lever faucets that were not delivering a balanced water temperature. He is polite and neat. I would definitely recommend him for plumbing issues.

Description of Work: Dave replaced the gas hot water heater with a much better one than I had. He installed a Bradley White with a 10 year guar. and took away the old one. He told me about a problem I had with a chimney lining I had paid for two years before, being substandard and showed everything to my son and myself and how I could approach the problem. He also replaced my kitchen faucet with a wonderful grade faucet that was much better than the one I had from Home Depot. We discussed a problem I was having with my bathroom faucet as well. I found him intelligent, approachable, competent and very professional. I absolutely would use him again and I recommend him highly.

Description of Work: I called Dave after failed to restart my heater around 9 pm. He returned my call in about 5 minutes. After explained the problem to Dave, he informed me about the service charge and additional cost for emergency service.. Dave completed the repair in an hour. Dave also gave us some background on the heater problem. I HAVE MY HEAT BACK BY 10:30PM.
