I was referred to Dave by another plumber. He returned my call quickly and was able to make it my house for repairs the next day. He arrived exactly at the scheduled time and made sure I understood everything that he was going to do and was transparent about the pricing and time. After he completed the project he walked us though everything he had done and made sure our expectations were met. Dave and team were great! Definitely going to contact him for future repairs.

Dave is dedicated and went above and beyond to help me. I appreciated all his help. There was much corrective work that had to be done after my kitchen remodel went very wrong. I've used Dave for years and only trusted him to do the work. Dave replaced the vents in the baseboard as they were installed incorrectly, fixed a water line that stopped working and found why my newly installed heating wasn't working. I'm sure there is more I'm forgetting. Dave worked ALL DAY to ensure he found the reason why it wasn't working. He found a wire nut stuck in one of the new pipes that blocked the water. Once he fixed that, he stayed to make sure the heating was in full working order. I cannot say more good things about Dave. He is honest, reliable and tells you how it is. His pricing is reasonable.

Dave is an experienced plumber and it shows. He skillfully replaced the drain trap and pipes all the way from behind the kitchen wall down through the basement. I am very happy with his work and will not hesitate to use him again.

Arrived on-time. Explained exactly what needed to be done, had all the materials needed, and did a quality job. Took the time to explain it all in simple terms to me. We discussed the possibility of replacing another pipe, but Dave advised it wasn't necessary yet. So he doesn't try to sell you services that you don't need. A very professional friendly gentlemen. I'll be sure to use him for my future plumbing needs.

Our water heater died on Halloween. For some reason no one in our family of 6 likes taking freezing cold showers so we reached out to Dave early am. He responded in an hour and mentioned that although he already had 5 appointments scheduled he would do his best to get to us that day. Dave shot me a text around mid day and said he would be able to make it. I was grateful as the prospect of cold showers over the weekend was not attractive. Dave showed and instantly you feel comfortable with this guy. Some people just have a way with people and Dave's the real deal. What looked like a simple repair ended up a bit complex. Although he already had a long day Dave stayed and worked through multiple solutions until he identified the issue and made the repair. No BS about upselling expensive parts. No BS about replacing the unit and he saw I was curious so he walked me through the repair process and how everything worked. Good dude, hire him, you won't be disappointed. And if you are than its probably you.

I contacted Dave for some work - and he called twice within 2 days and kept the communication open, and explained me why he was not able to come over and give me an estimate / work on my job. He was very professional and great communication.

We asked Dave to replace our kitchen faucet and to look at a pipe that had frozen last winter. He located the source of the problem with the pipe and told us it was not related to the pipe but rather to the lack of insulation. Our heating company had told us we needed to move the pipe. Dave took the time to find the source of the cold air that caused the pipe to freeze. He was on time, friendly, and an overall nice guy. He gave us helpful advice and did not try to sell us something we did not need. He was honest and not only would I use him again, but recommend him to anyone looking for a very knowledgeable, honest plumber.

Dave is as good as it gets. He loves his work, he's attentive, detail oriented, punctual and not expensive. He performs the work with a joyful attitude and leaves the area pristine. All I can say is, I have no worries about plumbing problems around the house, because I know who to call.

Dave is the perfect example of what you're looking for in a plumber (or electrician, carpenter, mechanic). He is honest, hard working and knowledgeable and his work shows it. Communication and setting up an appointment was very easy and he was flexible with appointment times. He completed the work in about an hour and answered all questions that I had. I would not hesitate to use him in the future and would recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.

Could not have asked for better or more professional service. Dave does the work himself. His craftsmanship is superb (his solders are a thing of beauty.) Dave also noticed a leak in the main water shutoff valve that could have been ignored, but was going to cause trouble over time. We arranged to have the valve replaced, and he took care of all the arrangements with town to have the water turned off at the street. I used to work in the building trades, and I know a good pro when I meet one. You cannot do better than Dave Harvey.

I was very satisfied with the work, professional and competent, and would call Dave Harvey again for any future problem.

It went very well. Dave is on time, polite, neat, efficient, approachable and will answer any question or explain what he is doing and why, without making the customer feel as if they are a bother. He replaced one sink faucet and the pipes under the sink. In addition, he was able to save me a good amount of money by advising me to let him change a cartridge instead of installing a rather pricey new bath/shower fixture I had purchased. He explained that my tub area would need a large plate to cover the new installation and it would not be very attractive. He also made sure the rest of the fixtures in other bathrooms were in good working order. In short, I am very happy with his work and will use him again if necessary. I believe his prices are well within the average range.

He is terrific and he is punctual. He is knowledgeable and he lets me know exactly what's going on. He explains the different options. I have used him for two and a half years for as long as I've been here. I would recommend him to anyone. As a matter of fact, I have recommended him. He is wonderful.

Dave was a pleasure to deal with. He is friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and professional. Dave makes his own call-backs, and he does all of his own work, so no guesswork as to who is coming to do the job. I will definitely call him again the next time I need a plumber.

This is the second time I hired Dave (first time in new home) but the experience was exactly the same, FLAWLESS. He was very accomodating in scheduling an appointment, clearly explained his cost structure, was very prompt, and worked very cleanly and efficiently. With every step along the way, he explained why the issue was occurring (showed me previous plumber's sloppy work, faulty or worn parts, etc.) and, where possible, measures I could take to eliminate the issues from reoccuring in the future. He is very personable and his passion to be a master of his craft really shows with every job, big or small. Given the number of problems I had (several of which I forgot to mention when scheduling my appointment), I was pleasantly suprised that he had EVERY part needed to fix each issue. I will continue to use Dave Harvey as new problems may arise and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to anyone. He is very trustworthly and you will know all work performed was done correctly.

I called All Out on the recommendation of my plumber Dave Harvey. I found All Out on Angie's List and saw the good reviews, so I called them Sunday afternoon 1/26/2014 after speaking with Dave. My pipe in the basement started heavy leaking when I attempted to do laundry Sunday afternoon, 1/26/2014. I called my plumber and left a message, he called back quickly and was able to diagnose the problem (as he knows my house well). My plumber could not unblock this particular drain since it is a bigger job that he can do. He recommended All Out. I'm satisfied with the job All Out did and was happy Dave was able to get back to me so quickly and give me a recommendation. I was able to call them, schedule them, and get it all sorted out by Monday morning. I was happily on my way to work, with only an hour late.

This is the third time I have used dave in the last 6 months-Always prompt and thorough-he explains things in detail so that a lay person can understand. I highly recommed him

This was my first time using Dave Herman Plumbing. I called him for on an emergency basis to address a burst pipe and he responded quickly and was at my house within 90 minutes. (Another company I called told me they could not come for 24 hours). He had the problem totally resolved within an hour. He charged me an extremely reasonable rate (exactly as he quoted me over the phone - and much lower than I had expected having had plumbers on an emergency basis in the past). He even showed me how to drain the pipe for the winter going forward so there would not be a recurrence. I will definitely use him again! Very pleased.

Dave Harvey Plumbing & Heating LLC was excellent! Mr. Harvey returned my phone call within minutes and and was at my home within hours for a couple of small jobs. I thought his price was a little high, but it goes back to the old saying, "You get what you pay for." I would definitely recommend and use his services again.
