Lawn aeration and overseeding. I thought the seeding was included, but the price only included up to a certain amount of seed. We'll see in the spring what the lawn looks like.

Angie's List deal was for lawn aeration and seeding for $129. The deal states that overseeding with 1/2lbs/1000sqft would be performed. However, after purchase, BRS stated that meant only 1000sqft of seeding was included. The rest was $38 extra. Whatever, right? In any case, after the job was done, I couldn't see ANY seed on the lawn. But, the price was good just for the aeration. I put down my own seed and called it a day.

I did not see much improvement after the service, but do not believe it was his fault since it is now winter time. The service went fine. Scheduling was great; they were able to get me an appointment quickly. I paid extra to have additional seeding done.

Aerate and over seeding of lawn. Additional cost was incurred because a better quality of seed was recommended.

It was good. I paid an additional $60 for the service.

Unfortunately, in order to perform the service without damaging my sprinkler system heads, the vendor would have needed to turn on the system to identify the sprinkler heads. As I had already shut the system down for the winter, he felt it would be too risky to try to aerate the lawn without damaging the heads. He was on time and very professional, but we agreed not to go ahead with the service I had purchased. I had contacted Angie's list to notify them of this, and I am awaiting a refund for this.

I also signed up for a 2014 Lawn Maintenance Program that was offered to me at a reasonable price. It included an Angie's List discount. BRS uses organic products to maintain the lawn which is a big plus.

Provider e-mailed me that the best time to perform this job would be in spring and that it was too late to plant grass seed. I am not going to pay upfront to someone who may not even be in service then. Also the coupon was good thru November 1st, so why is he offering this service if he doesn't want to perform it? I spoke with him over the phone and he seemed to want to add on costs that aren't included in the deal, i.e... extra grass seed, fertilizer. My instincts told me to cancel.

Brian who owns the company showed up early and was courteous. I was a little upset that I was charged approximately $50 extra for additional seed and fertilizer that I was advised I needed. I also examined the lawn afterward and noticed that areas that really needed aeration and seed did not receive it for whatever reason.

Brian was punctual, professional, and spent time to explain the service. He recommended a program for next year which I thought was reasonable and purchased. He also suggested replacement of lawn in front which I did not purchase, but there was no hard sell or attempt to make me change my mind.

they came every week and were very accommodating regarding requests for bush trimming, tree trimming, and any other requesting during the season. cut grass, trimmed lawn, removed debris and left property in beautiful shape. Came twice for leaf removal and removed 95% of leaves ( some trees still had leaves on them) we did minor raking and leaf removal after their service until begining of December, but they took away the bulk of leaves ( have back yard full of trees, as do neighbors) most of our leaf removal was from blowing leaves from other yards. We were pleased with the service, this was our first year with them but used them because our neighbor had used them previously. Did work much quicker than we could have.

Bryan was prompt with his estimate, and the work to follow. All work was done well. Prices were reasonable. I plan to continue with BRS for weekly lawn/planting bed maintenance next season as well as periodic cleanups. One thing I liked was the Bryan was actually doing part of the work versus offering some instructions to other workers and disappearing.

I am very happy with him. He is very reliable. He did fall clean up and also small repairs for the repair like getting ready for the winter. He is been doing the work through the summer through he last two years. I like him the most because if I want him to do it in a week then it is done or if I say that this is what I want in such a time then it is done or if I say to come and look as to what I am talking about then he is there.
