fine, came the day following my order.

I have used this service before in past and it all went well.

BRS use organic fertilizers. The lawn looks great with not a weed insight. 5 treatments for 1/2 acre lot cost $488.

I did not care much for the work. Some how I thought that our lawn was much smaller than what they claimed it was. I got one treatment mostly in the back of my yard and that was it. I never wrote them back again. It took them a few days to come out. I thought that they were okay, as far as the time is concerned. I really did not get to know them much, so I do not have any really serious feedback. Somehow it could have been a misunderstanding, but I thought that there were more treatments. We just agreed to finish and they never claimed any more money, and we did not give any additional funds. I thought that there was going to be a couple of treatments, but we only got one treatment. They finished the treatment in one day. They were okay with their responsiveness. The whole thing was not a good deal. I think that there was some deception.

It went well as far as the treatments go. We noticed though that responsiveness is not a key strength in this business. We had asked about the weed killer in use as we wanted to be sure to avoid Round Up. It took several attempts and weeks to get the answer. After the Angie's Deal treatments, we received a notice with the offer to continue the service (in essence, it automatically continues until you call and cancel). We decided to continue the service and tried to take advantage of the prepaid price on offer, but the website didn't allow us to complete the payment. We left a message on the company's phone and asked for help to complete the order, but didn't get a response. We tried again a few weeks later and finally reached somebody (owner) and were told that we are too out of the way for them. They did the Angie's List deal for us to not disappoint us, but wouldn't be interested in the continuation of our contract. While we understand the reasoning, we are disappointed about the the effort and time it took to get a simple response.

They are listed as doing lawn & yard work but informed me they only do fertilization and weed control.

They came on time on the agreed upon date. They were very efficient, professional, and courteous. I would definitely recommend them.

This is a general review of BRS Landscaping. I hired them to manage my lawn in April. Overall, they have been exceptional. Bryan has done everything possible to make sure that we are moving towards having an exceptional lawn. He has come back multiple times to do extra work and has not even charged me, just so that he knows that my lawn is managed correctly and that I am a happy customer. Case in point: He aerated and overseeded my lawn at the end of the summer, but just came back today and did it again (for free) only because since we did not have any real rain in August and Sept, he was not sure if the lawn would react in a positive nature. He has been extremely accommodating since we started I became a customer and I am expecting this positive relationship to continue going forward next year.

BRS came and applied 3 different chemicals to control weed and crabgrass. Couple of weeks later I called because there were weeds coming out in different areas. They came back and re-applied again at no charge. However the weeds didn't go away and instead more weeds started to show in other places. So whatever they applied didn't do what it was supposed to do.

My lawn health has improved significantly.

i was advised that the cost woudl double due ot the ultra fine print and a very fast set-up of his crew. kind of a funny way to do business. it woudl have been more palettable if i were qdvised of the NEW cost before any equipment was already on the lawn and moving.

I signed up for 1 treatment according to the special(2 applications). I accidentally hit the enter key 2x and wound up purchasing 2 contracts. I cancelled 1 of them. Company didn't realize this although I emailed them with requested dates and they said they would contact me. They never called. I called them.a week or so past the stated dates. Once they understood that I had indeed paid for a contract, they then said my property was too big and the wanted to charge more. They used Google Earth to estimate property size. What they didn't know and couldn't tell from Google Earth, was that the lawn area is very small and there are border gardens and planted islands which aren't grass and should not be treated. After giving me a treatment date for a week later, they called and said that they had someone just finishing a job nearby and would do my lawn in a few minutes. This they did! A few days later, I got a bill or possibly an advertisement in the mail thanking me for my business and requesting that I pay for the services which I had agreed to! There wasn't any listing of exactly what additional services besides those on Angie's List Special Buy which I had supposedly purchased. Puzzled, I contacted the company and they said that this mailing was an advertisement as part of a general mailing. I am assuming that the weed and feed spray was all natural and non toxic as advertised. I am supposed to have another lawn treatment as part of the special deal. As far as I'm concerned, this company is short on organization, has little or no actual office procedures and needs to be monitored. They did, however, spray the lawn with something. I wasnot porvided with any name(s) of exactly what they were using.

Just started with the first application in early spring ....and the results are very noticeable and positive. Bryan is vey good in communicating with customers ...so far service is outstanding. I signed up for the complete year-round program which includes aeration and seeding in the fall.

The owner was very respectful and professional. I am satisfied with the work they did.

Signed up for the Angies List promotion (which only covered part of my lawn) and the remaining price he quoted was great so I took that too. Finally, I will have health green grass and my dog will be safe !!

They did a great job and we are going to use them this summer.

It turned out fine. I don't think I had any specific dislikes.

The service was fine. It was pretty good. They were pretty reliable, and they did a very good job. They came here in the morning, and were here for a couple of hours. I would recommend them, they were pretty good.

The gentleman was prompt professional and lovely to speak with. How good the product treatment was I could not tell. These things take time and time I have little of Since I did not see any type of result I co to used my usual treatment. I'm sorry I really cannot give an accurate review of the product but it was a good value. I needed I mediate results to improve my lawn.

Excellent. He was very professional and did a great job. I will most likely use them for other services after this season of using all my own fertilizer for fertilization and such moving forward.

I had to pay $38 extra for seed as only 1000 sq ft of seed was included in the deal for $129. When I inspected the lawn after the service (I wasn't home at the time the aeration and seeding were performed), I could barely find any seed. I watered the lawn as instructed for seed germination; but, I have to say that the entire process made no difference to my lawn that season or the following season. I saw no new grass growth and no difference to my existing lawn. I question the quality of seed that was used. If you want lawn aeration done, go for it, but don't pay for any seeding. Just buy some quality seed and seed the lawn yourself after the lawn aeration is performed.

It went pretty well. I wasn't home, but when I came back, everything was as I had requested.

I loved his doing the whole bit with out nickel and diming me for doing more than in his initial agreement. He just did it.
