Description of Work: The estimate for my move was 3 hours for 2 bedroom. This is incorrect even though there is another review on here that states it was completed in full in the same amount of time. Actual time was 6 hours, so I ended up paying double. This was after being assured by the booking manager that it could be done. Movers were nice and even helped pack some items at no additional charge. I would recommend this company if the estimate had matched the actual work, but would caution that if you think the time estimate is too short then it probably is.

Description of Work: Pickup & delivery were prompt, on time and professional. Personnel were responsive to phone calls and questions (no un-returned phone calls). Erika, Peter and both drivers were great.

Description of Work: Crew of 3 men showed up on time and moved me from Northern NJ to Central NJ in less time than estimated and the cost was less than my quote. They wrapped everything that needed wrapping and were careful, efficient and professional. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Moved belongings of our daughter,one tenant in a shared 2nd floor apartment from Westwood, in Bergen County, to a sixth floor evevator apartment in Red Bank, in Monmouth County with a stop in River Edge to pick up a couch from parents' house. The estimate we received from Peter over the phone (based on our approximation of what needed moving) was spot-on. The job is actually priced on an hourly rate, travel time and tolls). William, the crew chief, and his two workers were prompt, polite, efficient and accommodating. Whatever needed padding or wrapping was handled with care and obvious experience. Can't imagine using anyone else for our own move in the near future.
