Description of Work: Caulked in and around two shower stalls and re-caulked the perimeter of the kitchen between backsplash and counter.We had originally called him to do some kitchen floor tile repair but apparently there wasn't time. (This was a special promotion for 3 hours of work. I don't believe he stayed 3 hours but that might be because there were two men and it might have been 3 man hours. Though, I don't recall that being stipulated in the deal.) Based on a conversation we had as he left I expected him to call back to handle the kitchen but we never heard from him. I had some caulk available but he said he had his own. I was surprised when he charged me for a tube of caulk when he left. He was pleasant and seemed to know his business.

Description of Work: They re-grouted a kitchen floor. They did a very good job with the quality of work, I was not happy that they showed up almost an hour late. The company seemed to be new, and professionalism was something that needed to be worked on. Aside from that, they did a good job the floor.

Description of Work: Tiled bathroom floor and the surrounding part of the shower tub about 12 inches. The amount on top does not include the big deal that was 499.00

Description of Work: Justin came on the date specified and completed the caulking and re-grouting. He did a beautiful job and the shower area looks like new! The extra cost was for the supplies and for extra work that he did. The window in the shower area needed sanding and painting and he did that while he was here. Very pleasant and professional and we would certainly have him do other work for us.

Description of Work: Caulking around bathtub and around countertop in kitchen The helper did the work. The owner left toget something for another job . I paid $99 for the deal of 1 man for 3 hours It only took 2 hours. I was charged $35 extra for the caulking. I did not realize there would be a charge for the caulking.

Description of Work: Never provided an estimate after wasting my time by coming to my house and taking info and measurements. Weird! No follow up or anything????

Description of Work: Justin seemed to be a very honest and hardworking individual. He provided good advice and recommendations. We initially made our first appointment which he could not make and made another which he seemed to go out of his way to make. He assessed the job and attempted to send us a quote which we did not get (not sure if he had the correct contact info). We tried to text and call several times (between my husband and I, over a dozen times). He never responded, not sure if he lost his phone or was not interested in accepting the job but there was a great lack of communication. His work looks pretty good from the pics provided, so it's a shame he didn't follow up. Justin if you read this please contact us.
