The move was perfect from start to finish. I will highly recommend Moving of America to everyone.

This is our second time moving with Moving of America. Our first move was a local move within New Jersey and the second one was a long distance to Las Vegas. The move from Oakland to Glen Rock in New Jersey was very hassle-free and the guys knew what they were doing. They were extremely careful with our belongings and made sure not to damage anything. Although the move took longer than we initially anticipated, it did not bother me because we were moving a few more items and the guys were working efficiently and diligently. Since we had a wonderful experience with Moving of America a little over one year ago, we used them again. Our second time around (about one month ago) we moved from Glen Rock, NJ to Las Vegas, NV. This move was also very easy and did not stress me out at all. Since I had already used Moving of America, I immediately knew that this move would be effortless for me as I knew what to expect. A day before the move, a representative called to confirm our day and time. The next day (right on time) the Forman, Lawrence, arrived with two helpers. Again, they worked quickly and efficiently and made sure that my belongings were wrapped well so they would not get damaged. I informed David (from the office) that I can receive my things in Las Vegas immediately, and to my surprise they were in Las Vegas in under 12 days and nothing was damaged! I have moved a lot in the past and I remember moving as stressful, but Moving of America proved to me that moving can be effortless! I will definitely recommend this company to all of my friends and family!

Exceptional moving experience and I will most definitely use them again without hesitation! I called this company and asked for Dolores since a friend of mine told me that she is very knowledgeable about moving procedures and knew what it would take to get my special move done. My move required special attention due to my delicate musical instruments.I needed a company that understood how to manage my move. Now, the price I was quoted was a little on the high side, but for the service I received, I would have no problem paying that again! On the day of my move I was very happy with the customer service and the professionalism of the movers. All my items arrived safely and on time. I recommend Moving of America to anyone looking for quality service.

The movers arrived on time and finished up the move on time. They were professional and polite.

Worst experience of my entire life. They promise everything, deliver nothing. Rude service, left their crap all over my home and broke and scratched everything possible. Universe could have cared less. Beware!!! Late for the pick up and 4 days late for delivery. They are the most horrible company I have ever dealt with. Nicole.

The pick up went well. The movers called to tell us they would be a little late because of heavy traffic. This was no problem. They padded the furniture or crated some of it. The problem is not with the movers, but with the office. The office underestimated the cost of the move. A $1300 estimate doubled. The next problem came at the delivery site. The driver never called ahead of time. Luckily I was available the morning I received the call of the delivery at 6:45 am. The driver was by hiself and needed to wait for help. The unloading of the truck didn't start until almost 10 am. What I found out later on, is the driver put an ad on Craigs list to get help. After the furniture was unloaded, the driver was too eager to leave . He left before any of the hutches were connected. The screws for the dining room table were lost. A dining room chair was demolished beyond repair somewhere in the moving process. I submitted a claim with Universe express,and, 45 days later have not heard anything.
