The service we received from Moving of America was exceptional from start to finish. Julio, Abel and Humberto were professional, efficient, and friendly. They handled every aspect of the move with care and attention to detail, ensuring that everything arrived at our new home in perfect condition. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable!

***REAL CUSTOMER FEEDBACK*** They have friends fill out fake reviews, to make themselves look good. I wish I could upload countless videos of the experience, google unfortunately caps me at the picture of left behind beers they drank while “working.” I actually wouldnt even mind if they finished the job we signed up for, ones only left to believe the drinking could’ve started mid day, and the end results was a terrible customer experience, left with renting our own U Haul and finishing what they started. Truly sad that a business doesnt hold its reputation to a high regard. Fake friend reviews will eventually disappear, and real clients will expose this disaster. Sure, they might be cheaper than others, BUT, but, but, between “overtime” and other non sense you’ll pay more than you would with a company thats more pricy. On the 28th we scheduled to move a 2 bedroom home. It took from 8am - 12 midnight, and 40% of it was still left incomplete and we were stuck moving it ourselves. I normally dont leave reviews, but this experience was terrible!!!!! Stay far away from this gimmick. Theyre nice people, (the moving crew) but very savvy with the clock. You will overpay and have endless hours of work the following da. 24 hours later, and 2 u haul loads and we are still not finished! I do not recommend!!!!! Unless you want to waste money and have to do 50% of the work Yourself! Its criminal! Not sure how they run a business robbing and stealing! Do yourselves a favor! Dont hire this company! Theyre cheaper than the others for a reason! Youll pay dearly! I learned the hard way! **UPDATE** Ps - they leave their empty beer cans on my property. (See picture proof.) I challenge the owners to get a itemized bill. They wont, because they dont care! Theres no pride in their work! Update #2 - I called into this unethical business and was greeted by a “Gem”named Giovanni. His professional was direct reflection of the poor service they provided. He defended his guys, (which is honorable, but I youre wrong here, anyway.) Giovanni stated the first truck came at 6:45 (Lie) have video showing otherwise. I also made mention or the beer left on my property (see photo below) and his guys drinking on the job, (maybe thats why it wasnt completed?) he stated they don't do that. (I guess the beer cans just appeared magically.) lastly he states, “you’re not my customer your wife is” very professional Giovanni. If you want to deal with thieves, that milk the clock, and throw away thousands, use this company! Theyre the most unprofessional, batch of folks walking this planet! Stay away!!!!!!!! I am still amazed at the level of unprofessionalism. To the gentleman working, its a difficult job I respect that.

Movers showed up on time and did what they said they would. Did a good job. No issues. He was helpful and responsive. Slight ding would be that they ended up taking a little longer than estimated (and hence a little more $). However, I would still recommend them.

This company’s moving and storage services are excellent! Just recently got a chance to use them and I am thoroughly amazed! Galileo’s crew was super thoughtful and careful with my belongings! I have nothing but good things to say about them!

I used this company to move my furniture in November of 2022 when I was having my hardwood floors redone. They moved my furniture to my attached garage and when the floors were done, they moved the furniture back into the house. The entire process was a positive and stress-free experience. I called to have someone come out and give me an estimate. They responded very quickly. Their price quote was very good. The scheduling process was quick and easy. The day of the move the movers showed up on time and everything was explained to me prior to them starting. All of the furniture was wrapped in plastic and then in moving blankets. The movers were very polite and extremely careful. The move was completed in a timely manner. When they returned to move the furniture back into the house, they did an excellent job of placing the furniture where I wanted it. I would not hesitate to use this company again. They care about their customers.

Had a great experience with Moving of America. Everything went well with my move. The team arrived on time both for pick up and delivery. I was really pleased with how smoothly it all turned out. Buyer Beware DO NOT HIRE I wish I could leave ZERO STARS. We hired this company to help clean up a storage area on the lower level of our house and move the items to a different area. While they did move everything, a few very valuable items seemingly vanished into thin air once the clean up was done. We knew EXACTLY where the items were before the company arrived and once they left the items were gone. Additionally the movers took it upon themselves to decide what items were trash without asking. For instance they placed 5 boxes of glass Christmas ornaments, 3 porcelain Snow Village statues, and several plastic storage totes in the garbage without us asking them to do so. Please keep in mind we had specified we were just moving items and not throwing anything out as yet. We contacted the management of this company about our concerns and 1 they didn't ever call us back and 2 when we contacted them again their response was " we didn't see anything." We have contacted the police and will be filing charges. DO NOT HIRE

The movers worked hard and treated my furniture respectfully and followed all my instructions. The final price never changed and I’m very satisfied with the work that was done. The entire experience was pleasant and I would definitely work with you again in the future.

I do not recommend this business to anyone. Complete bait and switch pricing. Do not let them store your items. They give you a price in writing and then take your items to their storage facility. Then when you schedule for the return of your items they tell you they will not honor the price you have in writing and try to charge you DOUBLE, and this was after we already paid thousands of dollars for the first part of our move! Completely unprofessional. We were threatened by David after being yelled at by him for hours when trying to get this pricing issue resolved. We told him we were going to write about our experience. He told us, “I wouldn’t do that. I know where you live, I know your name, I can do anything.” We reported his threat to our Sales person Joey who had no interest in hearing about it. They are now reported to the BBB. Do NOT use this company. It was a nightmare!

They over indulged in the price and upped the quote and they damaged one of my items. They were in a rush. They lacked customer service. I would not recommend.

Moving of America gave me a quick quote on my recent move & I found their process to schedule very seamless. The crew packed everything well & made sure to be careful while disassembling & reassembling my bed. This is a professional operation.

Absolutely outstanding work by David, Luis and Margarito. They made quick work of our townhouse, drove everything to our new place, and unloaded it in the amount of time it would have taken me to get one room on the truck. Most amazing of all, nothing was damaged, and I have some very delicate and ornate wooden chests. I don't know how they do it, but I will keep coming back.

Excellent moving experience! -- and I think we all know how rare those are. Joey promptly followed up on my estimate request, helped me set up a date, and gave me a detailed explanation on how to have things packed up to expedite the move. On moving day, Luis and David showed up precisely when they said they would and got the job done with both speed and care. In all, top marks across the board. Would definitely recommend.

To start my project manage Joey was very helpful and accommodating. My foreman and crew for the move were fantastic. They worked hard, communicated well and did a great job being careful with my belongings. Overall the four guys that we sent were great and I couldn’t have asked for a better crew.

Excellent moving organization. Two exceptionally obliging, tidy and expert professional movers appeared to move a little three-room home to another home a couple of miles away. These men worked, hard and completed the activity totally in an opportune way. Would have enlisted them to move another house seven days after the fact, yet they were altogether reserved. I have taken in an exercise there.

After I complained about increasing prices, they refused to do the move. First they came in with a very low price compared with other quotes but then said they were unable to complete the move and when they said they could do the move, they said certain trucks were unavailable and would require larger trucks at a much higher price. It's called switch and bait and they did it all at the last moment when they felt that I had no other alternative. Not professional. Would never use them. Unfamiliar with Manhattan. Use nonlabor workers, which is a problem in unionized buildings in Manhattan, Beware!

We hired Moving of America after receiving many quotes. Some of them were lower than what this company offered us. My husband was worried that we will exceed our budget or might receive poor service, but nothing could be further from the truth. Louis and Dawil were amazing in their work and delivered great service. Excellent attitude and dedication from every person in this company.

I had hired another moving company but they called me day before I was supposed to be picked up and said they can no longer pick me up!!!! I had to be out of my home so obviously this was horrible news. Luckily while looking around online I stumbled across Moving of America and called them and told them the situation. I spoke with dispatch and he said he would move a few things around and get me onto the schedule and picked up. He kept his word and my things were picked up yesterday and on their way to destination.

We have used them twice now and I can't say enough about how well they handled everything. They hustle hard and quickly too. But at the same time, they pack everything with care that made sure nothing arrived broken or scratched. My items all arrived safe and sound and honestly, they packed them better than I would have. All glass items arrived intact. They arrived early and got us to our new location with no stress.

Albert and his team arrived on time and did an efficient work. Everything was packed and wrapped quickly, thoroughly and professionally needless to say not even one single damage! Thanks guys!
